I recently ordered a Matcha Latte using my Starbucks Rewards points, but unfortunately, the drink was disappointing. The latte was very powdery and not mixed well, so it wasn’t smooth at all. Each time I took a sip, I ended up with a lot of matcha powder in my mouth. I’ve attached pictures showing how the powder collected with every sip.
I usually enjoy Starbucks drinks, but this one really missed the mark in terms of texture and preparation. I hope the team can make sure the matcha is blended more thoroughly next time.

I was here yesterday afternoon/evening, ordered two different lattes about 2.5 hours apart, and neither one was good. I’m not sure if they just didn’t stir the first drink, but the second wasn’t made to order. The first one probably wasn’t either. PLEASE follow the customer’s order instructions, y’all. Also, please ensure your espresso machines are being calibrated. That may have been Part of the problem. I’m (somewhat) happy to spend $7 on a latte, but only if it’s made right.

TL/DR: Dutch Bros for coffee, Kneaders for cookies.
I bought a cookie from Starbucks today. For $3.51, I got a bland, overcooked chocolate chip cookie.
If I cross the street and go to Kneaders, I can pay $3.66 for their chocolate chip cookie which is always well-cooked and has DELICIOUS chocolate in it.
Why would I pay $3.51 for your dry, mediocre cookies when I could pay $3.66 and get something wonderful? (Answer: I’m using up my Starbucks balance, then I’ll stop going there. $11 to go!)
For the record, I stopped buying coffee at Starbucks after too many cups that were maybe 4/5ths-full. Nowadays I’m going to Dutch Bros and getting equally as good of coffee (and a full cup of it, no less).
So, to summarize: Dutch Bros for coffee, Kneaders for cookies.
(Btw, the photo is of the cookie after it had been cut into thirds and I’d eaten one of the pieces. Notice the dryness around the edges. ugh.)

I am a frequent visitor here. Several times a week. The crew is awesome and on top of things. My only complaint is consistency. My drink is NEVER the same or close to it. Some days it’s loaded with caramel which I pay for the extra sauce and cup lined in caramel. Other days there’s hardly any but the drizzle on top. The only thing that would make it that much better is consistency. My order never changes and I go through the same time each time. I would just love it if each time my drink had all the extra caramel I pay for.

Drinks were great!!! Unfortunately a girl with pink hair had a bad day and took it out on us. We made our order and I asked for a water and was ignored and told to go to the window so I asked again and she said “ok meet you at the window”. So I went to the window and got our stuff but unfortunately the water size wasn’t what I wanted so I asked for a bigger one and told me I should have asked for it at the window. The most important thing to me at a restaurant is the customer service this also isn’t the first time I’ve been treated poorly so I will not be coming back!

I normally try to go with the smaller local coffee shops, but was in town recently later at night and my options were very limited. Stopped in here right before closing time. Despite that, the staff was very friendly and welcoming, and didn’t seem to be bothered that I walked in the door right near closing. I was in and out quickly. I find Starbucks, in general, to have pretty average, mediocre coffee. This location was no exception. It did the job, but was far from the best I’ve had. The lemon cake thing I got was also good, but not fantastic. Nothing to right home about. If there are better local places open, I’d go there, but if this is your only option for a late coffee fix, it will do the job.
