We went on a rainy Saturday morning. All the tables were occupied but one, which was strewn with someone’s belongings. There was a small 2 seater table against the window in the back but it was so close to the seat next to it, I would have had to sit on a stranger’s lap. This in itself is not a bad thing, but considering I was with my children, it was neither the time nor the place for this kind of social experiment. Besides, there were three of us and only two seats. Service was surprisingly slow based on the number of people working. We had gotten 5/6 of our order and still nobody had joined the laptop & personal belongings at the table for 3. So I asked an employee if we could sit there. I pointed out that it had been empty since we came in, which was a long time ago, because remember I said the service was exceedingly slow. She replied that someone was sitting there. So I said, “oh, I don’t see them.” But she confirmed that indeed they were. I’ve never been able to see ghosts and this disability has never really bothered me until today. I felt really silly that I couldn’t see the invisible person using 3 seats at seemingly the only empty table in Starbucks. So we finally got the last coffee and left. There were plenty of seats outside but as I mentioned it was a cold and rainy October morning, not conducive to enjoying the fresh air. We got in the car and the kids were happy with their orders. I tasted my coffee (my regular order) which was way too sweet. Then I tried one of the egg white egg bites I ordered. I used to love the bacon and gruyère bites and even turned some friends on to their deliciousness over the years. But Starbucks recently changed the bacon in them from strips to crumbles. So now they’re much drier. In fact the first time I had one with crumbles, I wasn’t expecting dry bacon bits on top and accidentally inhaled some, which was terribly unpleasant. I enjoy the egg white egg bites with red pepper. Since I’m trying to make healthier choices, I order those now instead of the fine bacon particle-laden bites. But as I bit into it, I got bacon. The label stuck onto the paper wrapper said Egg White Egg Bites. Good thing I’m not a vegetarian. Then, still sitting in the car as I removed my purse strap from over my head, it got caught on my earring and my children watched me nearly choke to death as I unraveled the mess. I’m as disappointed as you are at this because clearly it should have been inhaled bacon particles that choked me. Starbucks has been consistently disappointing over the past few months through various locations. I think I’m going to stick with supporting local coffee shops from now on. In their defense, however, they spelled my name right.

Red haired women with glasses, works the drive up window. Is extremely rude, attitude changes quickly based off of tip amount. Would definitely not want this girl working here anymore. Isn’t the first time she acts this way. Hence my review this is unacceptable and not the way Starbucks should be represented. I can see why Starbucks has a bad rep, because I see how they treat their customers.

It’s a good Starbucks, especially to get coffee before hopping on the ski bus!! Beautifully decorated. But pretty small and have few and not really have seating for people to sit for a long time.

I absolutely love this Starbucks Location. My wife and I are here almost every morning to begin the day with a warm drink and some conversation. It can be tough sometimes as certain hours are very busy and they only have so much space, but the staff work hard to make sure everyone is comfortable and taken care of. The staff here have become friends and we are happy to see them almost every day.

This is hands down my favorite Starbucks location, and I visit daily! The baristas here are truly incredible—they’re consistently friendly, kind, and genuinely care about their customers.
What really sets this location apart is their commitment to quality service. On the rare occasion there’s an issue with an order, they go above and beyond to make it right without hesitation. You can tell they take pride in what they do.
The team here has created such a welcoming atmosphere that I actually look forward to my daily visits. Special shoutouts to Ethan, Liz, Lauren, Jasper, Salem, Asim, Sadie, Gray, Everest, Lilly, and Keahgann—you all make my mornings so much better!
If you’re looking for a Starbucks where you’ll be greeted with a smile and receive consistently great service, this is the place.

Sarah was amazing, she made my day, with what she wrote in my cup. Everyone is very nice at that location.

Was given the wrong drink TWICE after clear instruction.. tastes absolutely terrible. Even after telling them that it was wrong it was made wrong once again. I’m so upset.

I went in to get me and my coworker a drink before our shift. Ordered a caramel ribbon crunch frappe and an iced chai latte.
When I received them, the chai was in the frappe and the coffee was given to me in the iced “chai” latte.
I returned shortly after to explain this problem to them. I was blatantly told I was wrong. My Barista told me that my frappe was coffee and the chai was in fact a chai. I felt like I was being spoken to as if I was stupid.
The frappe I ordered is my go to order, I order it everytime I visit and I know what it tastes like. I also know the difference between chai and coffee. They taste VASTLY different.
Eventually he did offer to remake it. However they only remade the iced chai latte, which was in fact chai when received the second time. My frappe was not remade.
Customer service was really poor, and I am extremely disappointed as I have gone to this Starbucks in the past multiple times without issues.

Please clean your bathrooms.
There is a liquid puddle in front of the toilet and barely any toilet paper. There is no paper towels and the air blower to dry hands is not working.
I also asked for a water and was told I had to buy something when my husband and I had bought coffees right before. Please do better Starbucks. I am in Starbucks almost every day across the country and at this specific location it could of been better
