Today 9/12/2025 I was at the drive through at 12:31. I was the only customer at the drive through. No other cars. I ordered ( speaking laud with pause and clear voice) I ordered large Vt and hot matcha green tea latte with one pump of hazelnut and please use the classic because I like it sweet. My second drink was large and iced matcha green tea latte LIGHT ICE.
I received the hot drink with no hazelnut in it and no classic.
My large iced drink with supposedly light ice. Was Gr full of ice ( I’ll include the pictures)
BTW I tipped 2$. Now I don’t work 2 full time jobs and can only sleep 4 hours a day minimum so at my free time I want to enjoy my favorite drink but someone decided to ruin my whole day. Am trying to think what type of job that is easier than making drinks?
Now they will respond with an apology and free drink just like the other Tooele Starbucks from 2 months ago. And I get to drive 90 miles round trip just to get a free drink. This isn’t the first time. My only request is to train your employees please. I will contact the corporate office and I’ll put this on social media and on my YouTube channel. Because I have got enough of this bad experiences

1st time trying . Drive thru was busy so went inside. Noone inside ordered my drinks 2 strawberry frappachino. after 16 minutes went up amd asked about my.order they had every person in there working on the drive thru I canceledy.order due to only had a 15 minute break this one in tooele the worst ever. I have been to west valley and quick amazing even when they are packed also gave a tip and was told they could not refund what a joke horrible service.

I was really disappointed with my recent visit to Starbucks. While drinks were being made, no names or drink types were called out for customers waiting to pick up their orders. There were about 10 or more drinks just sitting on the counter with no communication from the staff.
I waited over 15 minutes in an empty lobby, only to realize that my drink had been sitting there the whole time. Not one employee acknowledged me or the other customers waiting. There were at least six workers behind the counter, yet no one seemed to be paying attention or making any effort to engage with customers.
Overall, it was a very poor experience and a big letdown from what I normally expect from Starbucks.

Waited 20 mins for my drink that I had ordered ahead and was late to work because i had to wait. This is consistent issue where i mobile order and they don’t make my drink until i ask. Whats the point of ordering ahead if they’re just gonna make it last minute everytime?

I was at the drive up and was told I couldn’t use my gift card without downloading it on the app. I told the girl at the window that I don’t use the app and I used the gift card the day before at the window. She said sorry very rudely and said guess you’ll have to use a different pay method. She said you can pull around and download the app and go inside to get my order. Thankfully we have a new Starbucks in Tooele in Smiths because I drove away and used my gift card there. I will never go back to this one.

I order a venti hot coffee and it was not fill to the top. Knowing Starbucks is expensive already and worst part is that they tip them self. My Order of 2 drinks and almost came out too $20 ? And couldn’t get my refund back . This isn’t the first time we have issues with this location.

It’s very disappointing to have chunky matcha almost every time I order it. I always go again and give it another chance and still get a crappy drink. It’s a waste of money. It never used to be like this a couple months ago now it is consistently bad. I don’t get how they can look at it see all the chunks and still think it’s okay to serve.

Not a frequent customer since I don’t like coffee. Typically, I get a chai tea, but I wanted some variety. The employees were great in making a recommendation and the drink was great! (I just wish I remembered what it was.)
