Ordered a venti chai and im pretty sure there was maybe half a pump of chai in there. Tasted like warm milk. I wanted to go back and complain, but I would’ve missed my doctors appointment. The Starbucks seems to be hit and miss for me, but this was a huge mess and for the cost I think I’ll avoid this location even though it’s closer.

I need to strongly caution people that visit this Starbucks to be very wary of the large ‘Venti’ sized hot drink cups. For weeks now they’ve been using defective cups that make the lid extremely easy to have come off just from grabbing the cup. The initial time this happened an entire HOT Flat White pretty much exploded all over my car and legs. I brought it to the attention of the employees and they were great, replaced the drink and were very apologetic. However, this issue keeps happening with the defective cups. So, long story short, BUYER BEWARE!!!!!

Staff is so kind! They are very speedy and get things done very quickly. I just don’t like going in to enjoy my meal and hearing the staff gossip about their management. It’s happened a few times, not all the time. One time I was sitting and a barista had yelled “___ is going to rot in hell”. I don’t remember her name, but she had short black hair and glasses. The baristas are overall super nice, but no one wants to hear you talk about your management.
Other times I just hear them complaining about new things their manager is making them do. I wish the baristas just didn’t talk like that in front of costumers.

This location Starbucks totally has all of the vibes! It’s great for Christmas, and they have great customer service. I got an almond milk steamer with a hint of gingerbread. It’s absolutely delicious. We also got a Frappuccino with peppermint and the flavor phenomenal!

I usually have a good experience however today I ordered a Carmel brulee latte and it was mostly foam. I brought it to their attention and they apologized and remade it however it was still mostly foam. I didn’t have time to wait so I just left. 7+ dollars for mostly foam very disappointing.

This is the second time we’ve gotten a coffee that tastes like it’s gone bad. Went through the drive through today and ordered a vanilla sweet cream cold brew.
First, it was already mixed together and not layered like it should be… I didn’t notice when they handed it to me. It tastes and smells awful.
Check your drink before you leave. I tried to call to give them a heads up that somethings off, but the call won’t go through. Waste of money.

If I could give this Starbucks zero stars, I would! I am very unhappy with your customer service. I NEVER go to Starbucks and the one time I decide to go, I have a bad experience. I got the small pink drink through the drive through and my whole cup was filled with ice. I was not aware of their required ice measurement. When I went in to complain and ask for compensation such as a new drink or money back, the employee couldn’t give a care about my situation. I literally just paid them $4 for a cup of ice! They couldn’t at least refill my cup without ice? What a joke! Customer service should be their utmost priority especially if you want new customers. I will never again go to a place that makes me pay for a cup of ice. That’s ridiculous and it’s disrespectful to make someone pay for something that basically comes free. If you aren’t a frequent customer, make sure you ask for little or no ice so you don’t end up in the same situation as me.

Went in this morning got 2 Venti white mochas ad extra shot to both. Got home and noticed they were not even full they had only filled them up 3/4 before we even took our first drink. I paid over 15 bucks and between the 2 I got 1 and a half cups what a rip off startbuck employee who made them today. Not going back for sure.
