I’m honestly so disappointed. This used to be one of my favorite spots — the coffee was great, the service was friendly, and I always felt like it was worth coming back. But now? It’s a complete letdown. Every time I order my usual customized drink, I get charged a different price — sometimes $7, sometimes $8, sometimes $9, and even $10. It feels random and unfair. On top of that, the service has gone downhill so badly. The staff (curly hair girl wearing glasses) acts like she doesn’t care. And the coffee itself? It’s just not good anymore. Bland, inconsistent, and nothing like it used to be.

Amazing team and super clean store. They never run out of flavors or ingredients! If your drink tastes off, just tell then and they’ll remake your drink just the way you want it! Team is focused on us as guests and they want to make it right so we come back time and time again.

I am so excited to have a Starbucks in the Centerville Target! The service was great and our drinks turned out just perfect! My son had a coffee and I splurged and had a Pumpkin Spice Latte! Delicious!

Most of their staff is really nice and makes great drinks! But there is one blonde guy that works there and he has 0 customer service. Doesn’t smile, grumpy, and whispers when he talks. No personality lol

Company policy at Starbucks is that they offer free water. I haven’t had a problem until today with it. When I asked for water the worker was playing on her phone and told me to get it somewhere else. It’s really not that big of a deal to give out free water if it’s company policy.

I went there yesterday and it was delicious. Today I went to the Starbucks next to them in front of IHOP and it did not compare to there one here. Which is ironic because it’s the same ingredients.
