I come to this Starbucks regularly and really appreciate the kindness and consistency of the team here, they’ve always made my visits enjoyable. However, today Heather made my coffee, and it was not close to full and completely watered down. It was clear it wasn’t made with care, which is very disappointing considering it cost $6. I had already gotten onto the freeway before realizing, and I hadn’t even taken a sip when I took this picture.

I was on my way to a meeting and swung in to redeem some points on a coffee I placed online. I received the drink, however, it was not made correctly, and didn’t notice until I had pulled back out on the main street. I understand it was free, and even looked at my order details to see if I ordered it incorrectly, and I did not. Attention to detail was not completed, and my drink was missing the caramel drizzle on top of the cold foam. I understand that this is not a life or death incident. I just wanted to bring this to the attention of the employees to assure that you are paying attention to details, as I would not order that, if I didn’t want to receive it that way. If I wasn’t attending a meeting, I would have gone back, but I simply didn’t have the time.

Terrible customer service.
Ordered a simple Americano ten minutes ahead on the app and then waited for another ~8 minutes, despite there being at least five employees in the store. Only two employees actually preparing drinks/working drive thru. How is it, in a service-based business, do employees seem to be ok with letting customers wait for extended period of time when the store is apparently fully staffed? It’s no wonder no one cared when Starbucks baristas went on strike.

I wish I could give 0 stars, I never leave bad reviews but this place is truly awful, I came to buy me and my sister a morning treat, the women didn’t even ask if we wanted hot iced or blended, I tried to speak to her by raising my hand wich she saw me and made eye contact multiple times because I needed to ask for them to both be iced, she only opened the window to hand us our drinks and they were both blended I asked her to make them iced she said I would have to pay for brand new drinks instead of just taking the ones back that she had made hands down worst customer service I’ve ever seen. Where’s the sense in buying two brand new 15$ drinks and keeping the ones we aren’t going to drink? Awful store, awful craftsmen’s ship, awful customer service. I’ll never come back here

I don’t write reviews often. but i’m frustrated. I asked for light ice. and what do they do? give me a cup full of ice. I couldn’t tell when she initially handed it to me or I would have sent it back. I literally only had 3 gulps of my coffee and boom gone. I don’t get starbucks often unless it’s a special occasion. I wanted to treat myself and this just reminded me why I shouldn’t go to starbucks. I just paid $7 for a cup of ice. they handed it to me quickly and barely spoke to me cause they were busy laughing among each other. I have a feeling they knew they were saving their product handing me a cup full of ice. what a shame.

Everytime I order from here my drinks always smell like a full bottle of perfume was dumped on them. Makes me absolutely sick. Manager – why do you let your food service employees come to work covered in smelly chemicals?? Not ordering from here anymore.

Went to Starbucks on Monday December 13, 2021. My son and I were greeted by Nick, who was very friendly and upbeat. I had a sugar free vanilla cappuccino which was perfect! My son had an egg sausage cheese English muffin and a coffee. He like them both. I highly recommend going to this Starbucks because of the great customer service!
