Team seemed short staffed and rushed, crew member who took my order was extremely nice and hospitable. But the crew member delivering my order was not. No eye contact just dropped my drink said my name and turned around. You have to have all point of contact be superb in order to get 5 stars. I did purchase a mug from Idaho!

They’ve been closing earlier than the hours listed online… I asked one of the girls working when I went in today and they told me their holiday hours are 5am-7pm until the students come back on the 12th. A bit frustrating they don’t have this posted online or in the store, but of course I’ll keep coming back because I need my Starbucks and they always make my drinks well 🙂

Well the starbucks is really great and had fantastic food and drinks, but the drive thru closes somewhere near 6:30-7:00 and doesn’t show on any of the websites including here.

My drink was wrong, I received someone else’s disgusting drink. My sandwich was ice cold in the center and the gal at the window had the personality of a snail.

Worst Starbucks I have ever been to! The beverages I have ordered are never filled to the top. They are always one or even two inches low. What’s with that?! The baristas are rude. The last latte I ordered tasted burnt as well. I am not going back.

I ordered a dirty chia and received someone else’s awful drink. The ham in my sandwich was either frozen or very close to it.
The window person seems to be having an off day, their attitude was very poor.

I don’t remember the names of the ladies who helped me this morning, but it was about 10:45. I was having a terrible morning and I came in with three drinks I felt bad asking them to fix one of them and they were so polite. To these ladies I am sorry if I came off rude I was trying to hold back tears, but you were so sweet and kind even on my way out the door. Thank you for the wonderful service!
