Love the new Starbucks on Anderson Street! The place looks amazing—brand new, with a great location and a beautiful, modern interior. It’s super spacious with plenty of comfy seating, so it’s perfect for hanging out or getting some work done. The vibe is really welcoming, and the baristas are awesome—friendly, quick, and always making great drinks. Definitely my new go-to coffee spot in Idaho Falls!

Nice new location. I have a couple drinks I like, and they have always been pretty good. Accommodating for taking the eggs off my sandwich. Nice set of staff, and so far haven’t had any troubles with food or drink. Wasn’t a wait in the drive through, nice and quick!

Most friendly and efficient Starbucks in Idaho Falls. They put our food on plates and brought it out to us, it was clean, and the people were friendly. We especially appreciate that they have a separate line/machine for the drive thru and the in store. This means that, unlike other Starbucks in Idaho Falls, you can go into the store and get your drink quickly even if there is a large line.

I want to extend a big Thank you to the team that made my drink today. I have had a few really not favorable experiences the last few times I’ve gone to a couple different locations in the area. Today I found this location on the app and chose to give them a go. The moment I walked in, the atmosphere was light, there were people giggling amongst themselves, and my drink was made ready to go. The sweetest girl thanked me for my order and told me to have a good day. It was such a good experience in the midst of so many challenging ones recently. The store was clean and tidy, everyone was wearing a smile, and the smell of fresh coffee perked me up! Thank you to those who chose to come to work today to make others have a more elevated morning/day. You keep doing what you’re doing because it is changing people more than you know! Cheers!

I let the barista know that they did not fill my coffee all the way, and at the prices that they are, they should definitely take care of their customers which he had no concern for offered more whipped cream when obviously it was the coffee that wasn’t filled properly

Stupid! If I pay for a medium, extra hot cup then don’t hand me a half filled luke warm drink! Ordered 7 drinks, pulled out to not hold up the line, then took them out the drink carriers to find them way low! Not even filled with whip, just low. These are the people that expect tips? Can’t even do your job of filling a cup right.

This has easily become my favorite Starbucks in IF, as the staff is incredibly sweet and the atmosphere is nice and quiet. Even during the lunch hours, it’s a relaxing setting that allows for focus while working.
It’s a wonderful feeling when you walk in and the staff recognizes you, remembers your name, and ask if you want your regular drink. This is the only location in IF that I’ve experianced this, and I can easily say that the staff I see the most (Gina, Jakob, and Nick) make it a very welcoming place for my husband and I.
