This place honestly sucks, everytime I go there they mess my order up and can’t give me the correct items. I ordered 4 things from here on door dash and they only gave me 2 things out of the 4 and expected me to drive there and pickup my items they missed. What’s the point of getting delivery if you have to drive there and get half your order anyway? Every time I make an order from here they will forget to add my add ons to my drinks and they always forget an item. If they could slow down and pay attention to the details and pay attention to their jobs and not everything else then maybe they would be more successful. It’s really not hard to get a couple items. This store sucks. The staff is also rude as rude can get. And they are help less.

I ordered two drinks, a dragon drink and a strawberry frappe with Java chips and mocha drizzle. The dragon drink came out fine, but the frappe cup was so covered in chocolate that that’s all I could taste. I had politely when back in and asked them to remake it for me with a little less chocolate. There were two teenage girls working, they were completely rude about it, and when the remade drink came out there was the tiniest dot of chocolate on the drink and barely any strawberry flavoring. I then went back in AGAIN, only to have the workers make faces at each other right in front of me, and was met with nothing but obnoxious attitude. I asked for a refund because I find it quite rude that they were being petty about chocolate sauce, and had already asked them to remake my drink twice. They then proceeded to throw a fit about how they didn’t think they were going to be able to give me a refund because I paid in cash. Overall, the worst Starbucks experience I have ever had. The workers were completely rude and didn’t care that they messed up the drink, and had terrible customer service manners. Will not be going back.

Such a friendly store! The team was working well together, service was quickly received and the atmosphere was energetic and fun! Obviously used as a hub for college kids, there is plenty of seating. Bathrooms were clean. I love the use of the “real” cups and plates for dine in option! The manager seems to really care about her team being well prepared and trained. She also jumped in to help when it got super busy. 10/10 will be back when I’m next in town. BTW, they have the “good ice”. IYKYK.

Their service has declined greatly. I always get dark roast drip coffee, they never have it brewed in the morning and like it is so painful to do so. They ever offer a pour over. A year ago it was never like this. On the day that I am posting this it took them 15 minutes to get me my cup of coffee. This is supposed to be a coffee shop but they don’t seem to know how to make coffee.

This locations hates making Frappuccino’s and it SHOWS. Ordered a frap on Tuesday thru the drive thru – when she handed it to me I thought it looks a bit odd but always not wanting to be the one who holds up the line, I drove away. Upon sipping the “blended” drink I noticed it had a lot of ice chips in it. This drink SHOULD be thoroughly blended!! As I drove on further – It just got worse. No flavor. Bland and chunks of ice. I called the store to complain. The girl offered to remake the drink stating I could come back next day.
Came back next day – she had followed through with a note to staff. I was able to get my replacement drink – However – SAME ISSUE. – At this point I was Over It!!! Just wanted to go home. Drink was bland and smaller ice chunks – – I don’t know why they hate making these drinks but many staff does. Too bad
It will be awhile before I can go back in there for a Frappuccino Will have to try a different town.

This Starbucks has honestly gone down hill this year. 2025 is not it for them. They’re rude, the espresso tastes burnt. My best friends and I used to go everyday. Now we just go to Human Bean or Coal Creek.
