I get Starbucks every single day. Today was a delivery order. The Starbucks off Yellowstone, please TRAIN your employees. This was the worse drink I’ve ever received. Ever! They gave me drink that wasn’t even made/heated up. Grainy crap in bottom of cup could make someone very sick. Need to do better.

This is my favorite location in town. They’re always super nice and accommodating, always paying close attention to my admittedly suuuuper and probably obnoxiously extra coffee orders. The nature of my job means that at I often don’t have the luxury of waiting in a long drive thru line for my order, and I often forget to chance the pickup method to inside for my app-ordered caffein fixes, but if I go inside to grab it even though it’s set to drive thru they’re always happy to let me do so!

The last three times I have gone they have made me drink wrong, and it isn’t even complicated. It’s either they give me the wrong size or wrong pumps (it’s visibly noticeable) and just this morning I finally told them it was wrong and she didn’t fix it :/ and of course I don’t actually know how to get ahold of starbucks. I also ordered food the other day and never received it and then when a I tried to get a refund they wouldn’t give it to me.

I love Starbucks; however, the service is slow here. I called in an order for 2 Travelers at 4:35 am, I was on a strict deadline for a 7:30 am pickup. Not only was my order not ready on time, they gave me the wrong coffee. If you are in a hurry, don’t bother. If you have plenty of time to waste, it’s just fine.

Just picked up an order and time got away from us. We were supposed to pick up our order around 5:35 and we picked it up around 6:15. The gentleman I wish I could remember his name reminded us we ordered the drinks 40 minutes ago and asked us if he could make us some fresh drinks. Something he didn’t have to do as the tardiness was on us. They care about customer satisfaction!

My order was right and the coffee was good. However, I got a spinach feta wrap and one of the sides had blown out so the “wrap” was not a wrap and the inside was still cold. I was driving so the wrap served a purpose of not making a mess, didn’t work this time.
