I had a lovely trip this week up to Glenwood Springs, and stopped in at this Starbucks multiple times! Kevin the main Barista was very Friendly and welcoming. He remembered me each time I was in and made me feel at home. Give Him a raise!

After a 2.5 hour drive I needed my coffee fix and use the restroom. Restroom was clean and normal accessable (some stores now require an access code to use the restroom).
The store is nice and spacious. They could use some more tables, but since it was not so busy I guess it’s alright.

This is single-handedly one of the worst Starbucks. The employees are phenomenal. They work so hard for everyone, but this location is too small to be able to keep up with the demand. The pre-ordering option on the app is rarely available as the employees have to shut it off to keep sane and keep up with the people in front of them. The drive through is ALWAYS backed into the street causing safety issues for everyone around. Today, they had the insides locked and said to use drive through but as someone who walks around everyone, this is not a safe option. Starbucks needs to look into a better and larger place for this business. Im sure I wont be missed since I am just one person, but I will no longer be going to this location simply due to the fact that it takes 20min to get a coffee through the drive through, no exaggeration. I feel for you employees of this location. You are incredible!!

Wifi wasn’t working and the worker whatever her name is. She spells it out and it says in the video. And she knows she is wrong for that. And threatens to call the cops on me for no reason I am not doing nothing wrong just stated I their wifi wasn’t working and extremely unprofessional and discriminatory. And why would I want to become a customer if this place you all got to think people and don’t want this in the community. I wasn’t doing nothing wrong. And discriminated. For stating. They did not provide me with adequate service. And wanting to call the cops for something so silly.

I come everyday when I am here for work but after this evening I won’t be back. It was 8:00pm with 30 minutes to close when I was treated as though I did not exist while the employee, very clearly upset that I was still there, angrily emptied the trash cans and slammed the tables around right next to me. I ordered a hot green tea upon arrival. Not very demanding. Didn’t leave anything dirty but by the way she acted was like I’d win worst customer of the year. Goes to show the work ethic of the younger generation. Or lack there of.
