My go to Starbucks absolutely love their drinks. Staff is always so friendly and doesn’t take forever to do your order. I am such a huge fan of their ice coffee and sandwiches.

Unclean – there was trash on the floor by the tables. Multiple tables had crumbs on them, while I was there for 1.5 hours, now of the employees wiped them down. I went there to do work customers and the staff were loud, one customer was yelling. If you need quiet, this is NOT the place.

I come here almost every morning. I get my kid a cake pop and myself various drinks but I usually get a melon burst iced energy. Usually always great, good service. But TODAY- my peace of mind has been destroyed. I went to take a drink and it was kind of weird- there was two holes in the lid and I looked and found lip marks there AND whip cream in the lid too. The melon burst doesn’t have whip cream in it. So- I’m now freaking out about being exposed to something serious and I’m scared to even kiss my baby because I don’t want her exposed to anything.
Everyone I’ve told (the contact us portion and the person on site) just said sorry for the inconvenience. This is more than an inconvenience- this is a health hazard. A biohazard if you will.

Destiny deserves this review! I made the mistake of ordering a hot drink for my friend when she asked for iced. I asked her if I ordered it hot (I didn’t remember) she said I did. I said no worries that was my mistake. And she offered to remake my drink. She didn’t have to do that because they made exactly what I ordered. She definitely went above and beyond and I totally appreciate that! Thanks Destiny ☺️

This was the friendliest Starbucks I’ve been to in a very long time. If I lived in the same city as the Starbucks , I would go out of my way to come here! The energy between the staff was amazing! They greeted everyone who came in the door and if they knew them, they asked them a question or said something nice about what they were wearing. Kudos to the manager for making it such a wonderful space to be in! If any Starbucks executives are looking at this, please look at what the manager is doing and apply this to other stores because the stores in my city used to be this great and they no longer are.

I used to love this location but it’s just gone so downhill, drinks and service is lacking. I paid extra for caramel drizzle and this is what I got. Also food is thrown into bags, and always forget my cake pops. I tried to give it another chance but just another let down.
