I just want to show appreciation to this store! I ordered a door dash order for red cup day and I messaged the door dasher to make sure I got the red cups in my order (that’s really what I was ordering for) the door dasher never read the message. So the cups never arrived. I filed a dispute with door dash and they gave me a refund. I called the store and spoke to an employee and she (not sure of her name) was super friendly. I asked her if I reordered if she would make sure that I got the cups this time. She was super nice and apologetic for the mistake and I got my red cups! Thank you starbucks employees for going above and beyond! I appreciate you. Customer service was top notch. I will be back!

I’ve never really had much issues with Starbucks before but this one has messed up my white chocolate mocha 3 times in a row now. It tastes like lightly flavored milk. No coffee taste and barely and white chocolate syrup. Won’t be going back.

Stopped by this Starbucks to study, and for the first time in 15 years of studying at Starbucks, I was approached by an employee telling me I need to buy something to be in the store. I was only there about 30-minutes at that point and was still drinking my bottled water, and was holding off buying a coffee until I reached a certain point in my studying. I could understand if the store was really busy, not wanting me to take up paying customer space, but I was the ONLY customer there. Aside from that, this is a nice Starbucks with a nice area inside and outside to have coffee with someone or study quietly. Outdoor seating has a great view of the mountain range as well. I’d go back if I didn’t have to worry about being pressured to buy something the moment I walked in the door.

My favorite starbies in the city! They make my drink right every time and are super friendly. If you want a shaken espresso, they will actually shake it at this location, which is a nice change up from my coffee sitting at the bottom of the cup because folks are too busy to make the drink as advertised. Keep up the amazing job!!

Every single time I order my drink they write “oh boy” on the cup. It’s not a drink on the menu because l add my medication so I want there to be a little extra room and a little syrup. I don’t know why they need to be passive aggressive. I still paid $5… it’s not like I’m getting some huge deal. I would rather them just not write on the cup at all.

I know this is a new location, but very disappointing service. I ordered at 9:18, and I finally got my drink at 9:38. The app told me it should be ready in 3-6 minutes. I ended up having to ask 15 minutes later, when the app said my drink was ready, and the baristas hadn’t even started on it. They then proceeded to fill my cup with way more ice than any other location ever puts in. Very disappointing.

First time here since it opened, and I have to say the experience was like no other. The staff was very friendly, the food and coffee were amazing and the atmosphere was perfect! I went here to meet a few people for a small meeting, and the place was very accommodating for what needed to be accomplished.

The music is so LOUD! I mean invasively LOUD. The music choice was fine but even with my ear phones up as loud as they could go, the music was overwhelming loud.
It is a beautiful location and the staff were fine— the music needs to be turned down.
