Veronica is exceptional! I appreciate her patience and more importantly her honesty as I inquired about certain drinks. Ian was great as well. And the woman in drive thru also seemed to have a good attitude. They all worked very well as a team.
I’ve not been the most impressed with this location, but today they regained my trust and really impressed me!
The spicy falafel wrap is so flavorful and delicious.
Highly recommend and I’ll start to go here more often myself.

I consistent issues with this store and getting my order correct, but today 10/24/2025 around 7:50am, I’m not sure who was working the drive thru on the speaker and window but they were least friendliest people I’ve encountered. If it was the same person, great it’ll help you narrow it down. The tone was very condescending and I got to the window and not even a good morning, smile, nothing, had my food out the window ready to hand to me no conversation had. If you’re having a bad day, I’m sorry but customer service still matters.

I will never shop this store again as a American i have the right to smoke my cigarette in my car ! To be told to put out my cigarette in my own personal space is not ok!! I will never shop here again and will spread the word to all my smoking friends to stay clear from this location unless you like the freedom of your personal space violated

I usually come to the Starbucks every day, but today that has changed I asked for a drink with extra caramel drizzle and never have I had them give me a cup of almost just caramel. I ordered it at the speaker, a caramel Frappuccino with extra caramel drizzle, and when I got to the window it, we didn’t have the extra caramel drizzle so I asked her if she could fix it seemed like that made her irritated and gave me this. This is disgusting, having to drink only caramel. Maybe if they listened to the detail while people are making their orders, they wouldn’t have to go remake it.

This is the first Starbucks I’ve been to where I felt a fully genuine interaction with a lovely barista. Cayden, my family and I were only in for some cheese Danish and coffees but your customer service made it such a welcoming visit. #friendsarefamily thanks Cayden!
