This is hands down the best Starbucks there is! The entire team is always friendly and welcoming, but special shoutout to Raquelle, who goes above and beyond every time we visit. She makes us feel right at home and connects so well with my kids. So much so that my daughter even calls her “my Starbucks bestie!” It’s that kind of personal touch that makes every visit something we look forward to. I have had multiple instances of subpar service here & am not usually the type to complain, but today was another bad one. Ordered a single drink, macchiato, & when the barista went to give it to me, she hit the sliding door, & it exploded all over the outside, & interior of my vehicle, as well as all over me & my glasses. It landed on the headliner, passenger seat, steering wheel, all the buttons in the front, just about everywhere. It’s a sticky mess that will take detailing to clean. They replaced the drink & apologized, but didn’t offer a straw, or anything else for the inconvenience or expense I’ll incur cleaning this up. Accidents happen, but That should be customer service 101. Today was the final occurrence to make me decide not to return to this location.

I’m honestly very disappointed. I’ve been coming here since this location opened and somehow somewhere, the value and integrity of the work has gone down significantly. The way the workers would just hand food/drinks over to customers knowing it was going out in a non presentable or advertised way is very disappointing. I did take a bite of my burrito on my way to work, but I promise this is the way the burrito was handed to me.

Girl with blonde hair took my order interrupted me mid order to yell across to the co worker to see if they had an ingredient missing my order. Girl with pink hair makes my order but is missing strawberry puree i only realized this once it was ready and I mentioned it then they simply added puree to new cups and poured the frappes in leaving all the strawberry puree at the bottom. Once they were done they just placed the frappes on the counter and turned away no apologies for getting the order wrong or thanks for the order nothing.

I had such a wonderful experience at this Starbucks today that I just had to leave a review. I came in with a large order (10 drinks) for all the teachers at my school for Teacher Appreciation Week. As I was picking them up, I accidentally dropped 4 of them and made a huge mess. I was honestly mortified, but the staff could not have been kinder or more understanding.
They immediately reassured me, refused to let me pay for the remade drinks, and even told me not to worry about cleaning anything up. Their kindness and professionalism truly meant so much to me in that moment. It turned what could have been a really stressful situation into something that reminded me how awesome people can be.
I’ve always enjoyed my drinks at this location, but today showed me just how amazing the team here really is. Thank you for your generosity, your patience, and your kindness. You truly made my day,and helped me make a lot of teachers’ days too. ❤️

I absolutely love this Starbucks! The staff here are incredibly nice and always make my day. I usually order through mobile, and they are so fast—my drink is always ready in no time! On top of that, they add the sweetest little notes on the cups, which makes the experience even more special. It’s the little things that keep me coming back. Highly recommend this location! ☕✨

Just went through the drive thru (1:00pm). Girl at the window seemed annoyed that I used a gift card. Handed me my drink with just the word “here”. I asked for a straw and got a heavy sigh from her. She handed out the straw and turned away. Never a thank you at any point. I said thank you when I got the straw, she could at least have said “sure” since a “your welcome” might have been too much. Very disappointing.

The last two iced lattes I’ve paid $6 each for. .. have been completely undrinkable. I’m not sure what they’re doing to the coffee here, but it’s not good.
Came here again and this is definitely the worst Starbucks in the area. They don’t listen. The coffee taste like ash. The sandwiches taste like microwave meals. All that and it is insanely expensive.
Confirmed still awful. 8/24/25 group to employees just clowning around and putting out inedible burnt espresso. And just leaving shots out of awful “coffee”.
Update: tried to come back. They mess up every single order I make. This is the worst run Starbucks by a stretch. Never again!
