They’ve been out of a lot of things lately, but the staff are always super nice and friendly. Food selection could be a lot better. Atmosphere is nice. Its a smaller location and I personally like that.

DO NOT TIP THEM B4 CHECKING YOUR ORDER! They didn’t put enough sugar in my pumpkin spice latte and that on the drive through is a big deal. They also didn’t have the pumpkin cream cheese muffin, how’s that possible?! This is the season for that! So, we bought the blueberry muffins and ask them warmed, well, they were almost frozen! Seriously, why are you asking for a tip if you obviously don’t deserve it!

This is how the third time going to this store because we just moved to Windsor, all three times they made my drinks wrong, my drink wrong today was just a black coffee with foam. Gave me the wrong roast with the wrong foam. Not sure I will be back.

I have been here twice and both times your WiFi hasn’t worked to be able to load your app. Both times the sweet employees say, “Yeah the WiFi sucks here.” Can mgmt do something proactive, especially since I’m paying $4.50 for a grande coffee?

I would have given this one 5 stars if it was not for the manager Darby that I encountered today. I’ve been coming here for years right by my house 1 sometimes 2 times a day l. I get the same thing every-time 1/2 2% 1/2 nonfat in my latte. She said they can’t do that. Really after getting it like for 6 years? After asking me if I’d been coming to this location (arguing with a good customer and yes same location) she said I could go somewhere else if I’d like. WOW. For one I’ve worked with the upper ownership of Starbucks head quarters and know for a fact the way I get my drink is fine. Management should have good customer service skill and good hospitality. Darby lacks both of these, the ability to be a good Role model for staff and the professionalism to be manager. This actually was a great Starbucks minus the poor choice of management of Darby. By the reviews, a few more unhappy customers have run into her as well. I hope my chat with upper ownership and this post does something about this good location’s unprofessional manager that lacks knowledge.

I never write reviews about places until I can’t take it. This Starbucks is the only Starbucks they never can get things right. Then get rude about it when u say something. I only go here because they are 5 mins from our house so that’s on me for goin and wasting my money 90% of the time. So every other Starbucks I go to when I do I say extra caramel drizzle. I get it around the cup. No problems. This one, one person says well u have to say line the cup so when I do say that, they say u mean extra caramel drizzle? I went there today and said extra caramel drizzle. They hand me my drink, no caramel around the cup so I tell her. Her response is well it’s on top. Did u want it around the cup? YES!! They remake it and I feel they made it with a little bit of sarcasm! If they are gonna charge for the extra caramel drizzle at least get it right! I’ll be glad when the other Starbucks is built! My pic that’s a bit ridiculous just because u had to remake it and prove a point!
