Always solid here…. went here again, the staff here is super friendly and very efficient. This is SBUX and the one on College near CSU are the best SBUXs in FoCo. Both great locations for very different but obvious reasons!

Today’s experience leaves me wondering why I spend (waste?) good money ordering coffee at Starbucks.
So I had a rough start to the day. Stepped out to treat myself with a Venti Cappuccino. Hoped just stepping away and the caffeine would improve the day.
Drive thru pick up, cup felt light for a Venti, mentioned “this feels pretty light” and the staff just laughed (younger staff, I can see how that might be construed as a funny and not a statement that the cup doesn’t feel full). Again, not feeling chipper I didn’t want to have to explain so I put it in the cup holder and drove 4 minutes back (since the cup is not a true cylinder it’s actually less coffee + foam and more air since it’s widest at the top).
When I arrived is when I realized just how light the pour was. Top of the foam was 2/3 of the Venti, the coffee was about 1/2 the Venti. That’s paying for a 24-oz Venti, receiving 12 oz of coffee, 4 oz equivalent of milk foam, and 8 oz equivalent of air.
Not the happy experience I was looking for today. Although today is an extreme example similar happens all the time. I often don’t get what I pay for. Happens at other Starbucks too.
I never expect 24 oz of coffee in a Venti because of the milk foam, but I do hope to receive more than 12 oz.

Accidentally ordered to the wrong Starbucks & after waiting a while I checked in. They did not hesitate to make my order & take care of me immediately! Eliaza is the best!!

I had a gift card and it scanned as $0, no biggy. The cashier definitely judged me for some reason, which was weird. I still paid for my consumption intentions. Take it as you will young customer service folk I guess these days, this was a first. The drive through was adequate and the drinks were as I expected.

The amount of times I have ordered the blueberry oatmeal from this store has switched out the agave for brown sugar and they give me no brown sugar and then they give me dried fruit instead of the nut mix. It’s happened at least 5 times and it’s infuriating. I know that people in this store are working so hard but this mistake is ridiculous and that it happens every time I make this one adjustment.

Horrible! I do a mobile order most of the time and they never make it right! I pay extra for sweet cream cold foam or Carmel sauce and it never gets added. I call about it and they don’t seem to care. I hate being like this but it happens so often. It would be one thing if the drinks are for me but most of the time they aren’t! I had a matcha made too strong at another location and since these guys were on my way home, I popped in to see if I could get it remade. Without hesitation they made me something completely different and made sure I enjoyed it before I left. Day made! Thank you so much! Special shout out to Becka who knows her stuff!

I got a grande white mocha and there was at least an inch to the top of the cup of space. For a $6.80 mocha, I would at the least expect the cup to be filled up. (Picture shows drink without a single sip taken)
