Love this Starbucks in central north Loveland. They greet you warmly, serve you quickly, and their drinks/food are always stellar! I’ve done drive-thru, walk-in, and ordered prior on the app, every time, same great care and attention given. Even when it’s super busy. 5 Stars to the team!

Really great staff, coffee is always good! Shout out to Jess Who was super kind after she handed me my coffee, and I spilled almost all of it in my car… She immediately made me a new one at no cost, which was very generous and thoughtful.

The customer service is horrible I ordered 4 hot coffees they made one and set it on the counter for twenty minutes before they ever made the other three, when I inquired about why they would make one and let it sit to get cold before making the rest, the response I got was that 6 other orders came in after mine and they had to finish those. I said that doesn’t even make sense and explained that I didn’t have a problem waiting, my problem was in the fact that they made one to
Sit and get cold before making the rest of them. They never offered to remake it or to even compensate me in any way. I will not be returning to this location. Poor customer service!!!!!

The staff here is consistently so rude. After I accidentally broke a cup there I felt very embarrassed and apologized but I was met with anger from the staff and then I was made to pay for it but not allowed to keep the part of the cup that didnt break that I couldve used. Staff member made a huge deal about it and made me feel horrible. I bought $100+ worth of merchandise and this was the service.

Picking up for DoorDasher sucks they don’t seal the drink so it’s just going to tip over and spill all over your car, and in a cut in half flimsy drink carrier inside of a bag are you kidding me? Dude at counter also was rude for no reason

Fast, friendly, reliable — everything you’d expect out of a Starbucks. My favorite was the pistachio cream cold brew. Sad that was only seasonal. My kids especially love the egg bites.

I love me some starbucks. However this starbucks is never consistent! Sometimes my drinks are perfect, sometimes they are terrible, and sometimes they taste like straight milk. It’s a bummer when I get to work Nd my 7$ drink is bad. 🙁
Another example, I usually order extra Carmel drizzle, sometimes it’s all over the inside of the cup, sometimes its only on top but still a lot of it, and sometimes there is barley any.
I just wish I could feel confident that when I order I’ll get the same consistently good drink every time, and that’s just not the case.

Good service, and the drive thru was fast and friendly. I got two iced coffees and a toffee nut latte. We went on a Sunday afternoon and it wasn’t very busy at the drive thru. The hot drinks were very hot and the cold drinks were very cold. Great job guys

Terrible service coming in (which was today at 7/1/2025 At 3:00)
The girl with the black apron and red/black hair is rude and has never been trained in food safety. Btw I worked at Starbucks for many years as a manager(years ago). She was using her hand as a wall for the ice not to fall on the floor but instead fall into the drink. So the ice is literally sliding down her hand going straight into your drink. I also saw her blow her nose multiple times and not wash her hands. Way to get other people sick. That’s just disgusting. Pour the ice without using your hand. After witnessing this, I asked another worker if she could please have that girl not use her hands because I have a very weak immune system due to my chronic autoimmune disease. If I get sick, I end up in the hospital and I made that clear…SHE USED HER HAND! I walked up (nicely) and asked if it could please be remade because i Can’t risk getting sick because I just got out of the hospital 3 days ago and don’t feel like going back. She rudely replied “ I don’t recall using my hand” I said yes I was watching. Then again, she replied more rude “I didn’t use my hand but whatever I’ll remake it” and rolled her eyes. Just say okay no worries. Why be so rude? Especially when I’m not even being rude myself. I have a dangerous disease that I can’t help. I just wish people can be more kind and have better customer service. She even was talking crap about me to the other works right in front of me. I hope she quits or something because she’s cross contaminating everything and even with the request to not use her hands because of A customer with a autoimmune disease, she still does. That’s someone who doesn’t need to be working here. I rarely go out and buy food or drinks because of This. One day I finally get a drink and want to be safe and this happens.
