The baristas are always so kind and remember my order, which makes every visit feel personal. It’s one of those small routines that makes my mornings better!
As a local real estate agent in Northern Colorado, I spend a lot of time on the go – and Starbucks keeps me fueled and ready for whatever the day brings. Highly recommend stopping by your local one if you haven’t already!
If I spend any kind of money in Starbucks it should be HOT and FRESH. You need to do better. When you guys first opened I was your first customer at 4:00AM. Coffee was HOT AND FRESH customer service was good and now not so much. Start caring about quality and hot fresh products.
I visited the Starbucks location today around 6:42 PM to purchase a Chai and a warmed pumpkin bread. The barista who helped me, a tall woman with naturally curly hair, greeted me with an attitude that didn’t feel very welcoming.
After placing my order, I used the restroom. When I came out, I picked up my items and returned to my car, only to realize the pumpkin bread was still cold. At first, I thought maybe it hadn’t been heated because the store was closing soon, but then I noticed the store didn’t close until 8 PM. Feeling it may have been a simple mistake, I went back inside to have it corrected.
The barista quickly replaced the item, but her demeanor remained irritable. As she handed me the warmed pumpkin bread, she made a point to mention that they couldn’t take back the cold one—which I completely understood. I was only picking up the corrected order.
While mistakes can happen and I appreciate the fix, I felt the overall interaction lacked warmth and professionalism, especially in a brand-new store where first impressions matter. Someone working directly with customers at the front should maintain a welcoming attitude, even during busier or less convenient moments.
My partner, who loves Starbucks, has had to come home a few times and ask me to add an extra shot of espresso to her drink – it’s that bad.
They also regularly get drinks wrong as well, all around a rough location and I don’t recommend it.
