The two ladies at the drive through are constantly rude and act as if they do want to be there. On top of that my drink is constantly made incorrect and if you ask the to remake it they give attitude and roll their eyes. Very poor and rude customer service.

The old guy in the ponytail at this store is always so extremely rude. Today, I ordered an iced shaken espresso and a side of sweet cream cold foam for my dog and told me he would save room in my cup. I spent $8 for a half filled cup of coffee and the $1.50 add on for sweet cream cold foam. What difference does it make to him if it’s for my coffee or for my dog? I’m still paying for it all…. to be full.

This is my regular Starbucks and I come 3-4 times a week if not more. I would say over 50% of the time my drink is done incorrectly, even though I order online and only have one customization. This week the issue ( today and earlier in the week) is ordering the iced hazelnut espresso and getting a cinnamon filled Brown sugar shaken espresso instead. Also common is getting a bunch of cold foam when I order “extra (3/4 inch)” vanilla sweet cream… just because my drink has cold foam does not equate sweet cream to cold foam. Just take an extra minute to READ your order. Then if I bring it up in line the worker s argue with me like I don’t know what my drink of 4x a week should look and taste like. I order online specifically to Prevent confusion about my order. Bummed this is my nearest location.

I got called “annoying” when I asked for a sticker on my coffee by the girl who was making drinks. If i’m buying a $6 coffee you better put a damn sticker on it!! Got some hell of a nerve. It’s literally your job to make drinks and you get annoyed when asked to simply put a sticker on it? Get a new job, honey.

Love waiting 20mins inside just so our drinks were watered down and the sandwich’s were ice cold in the middle. Crazy how your staff expects tips but doesn’t give tip worthy service and makes horrible drinks. The one Kingsupers is way better should have gone into that location. Your location is consistent for making watered down drinks and just messing up orders. Won’t even waist a call hopefully corporate sees this

Went through the drive though I had to repeat one of the drinks in my order 4 times by the third time she said sorry I wasn’t listening can you repeat it again…. I asked for two pup cups because we are putting my dog down when I pulled away and opened them they we all liquid the whip wasn’t charged or something… the one drink I had to repeat 4 times was still wrong in the end. Very disappointed with this location.

This might be the worst run Starbucks ever. 9 employees working for me to get one sandwich and one drink took 20 mins. I wasted way too much money coming here because it’s close, but the service sucks. Staff is slow, unattentive and lazy with a poor attitude. On average I get a 2 out of 10 service from this place. They prioritize Uber eats orders over people actually in the store waiting in person. Then when asked about the wait I was told Uber order came in 12 mins ago and got done before me, even though I put my order in 20 mins. Last time I come to this location. Do better.

Great fast service, we are from out of town. Love to walk and made this our stop for a quick cup of coffee. The seating is always available busy from people going to work. The Baristas are friendly and hard at work. They still take time to greet the customers
