I had a disappointing experience at the drive through today. The girl taking the order was rude and spoke in a very unfriendly tone. It made the entire interaction feel uncomfortable. I hope the management can look into improving customer service, especially at the ordering window. A little kindness goes a long way.

Extremely disappointing experience. The service was painfully slow, and the staff were outright rude and unprofessional. There was zero customer service etiquette — no greeting, no patience, and no respect. When I asked a simple question, the response was cold, dismissive, and borderline disrespectful.

Stopped in for a caramel ribbon crunch for Ten bucks after a $2 tip. The girl did a fantastic job and was super sweet until I asked for a wide straw that was given to me at a different Starbucks. I proceeded to get a 20 second lecture about how they aren’t supposed to pass out those straws unless you order a Boba drink. Spare me the lecture, Charge me the additional 2 cents. She did reluctantly hand me the straw but the lecture really put a damper on the experience unfortunately.

I love Starbucks but overall not super impressed with my service at this one. I went through the drive up and the guy at the window was super nice. Very friendly. However my order was definitely off, I ordered a butter croissant with was burned on the bottom and a pink drink with light ice & soy. The milk was definitely not soy as I spent some time having my body revolt & my cup was about 75% ice. Unfortunately due to a personal injury & the fact I had 8 hours to drive home, it was too much hassle to turn back and get it fixed. Definitely glad I used a reward to get my drink instead of paying like $6 for something that got messed up.

This Starbucks ROCKS in every way! My wife and I visited this Starbucks twice today having never visited before. We’re on vacation for the week in the Steamboat Springs area and wanted a good cup of coffee between vacation activities. The location is convenient, there’s ample parking, the building looks great from the outside and nicely decorated on the inside, we were very warmly welcomed by several of the staff as we entered the place, we were served quickly by a friendly and patient barista, our drinks were delish & hot, the dining room was clean & tidy, there were many different kinds of comfortable seating in the huge dining room (as well as outside), and the restrooms were clean.
I visited this Starbucks again today while on vacation nearby… I would give it 5 stars for all of their wonderful, friendly employees and delicious coffee, except for the one rude guy employee this morning who admonished me to put my mask over my nose. I almost walked out. My glasses steam up and I can’t see and I get light-headed when I put a mask over my nose. Do you want my business, Starbucks??

Everyone here is so great. I treat myself to Starbucks about once a week before work and always worry about a line. This is consistently the fasted Starbucks I’ve been to and always makes a perfect drink. Shout out to Zaria for being so great!

I mobile order a drink almost every morning and this morning when I got to the store my drink wasn’t out and I started to worry that I’d mobile ordered it to a different store (which has happened to me before ), but the staff was super friendly and helpful, and told me it would be right out and sorry about the wait. I said don’t even worry about it, I just wanted to make sure I ordered it to the right place! I love this Starbucks, the staff is fabulous!!
