This is such a nice Starbucks! The views are incredible and the seating is perfect to appreciate the wonderful nature around Golden. However the service is horrible! I came here after a hike with my friend ordered a trenta black tea with sugar free vanilla. In the past i have had a watered down tea and a cup full of ice. I was very specific in my order not to add any water and to go light on the ice. The took over 10 minutes to give me my tea they took care of all the drive thru and kept skipping my order. I literally watched the barista water down my tea in front of me after i ordered it from her. I didn’t make a big deal of it but i call her out on the way my drink was made. I don’t understand paying $6 for a tea that is watered down especially after i asked you not to. Very ignorant young women working her as much as i enjoyed the out door space I’ll skip it…

There were only two employees when I came in and they both seemed rushed, but happy. I wasn’t greeted or helped right away. The drinks took a little longer than expected, but that could be due to the lack of workers. There were quite a few people seated inside and outside, as well as customers coming and going through the drive thru. Normal Starbucks menu (pastries and drinks) and normal cups were for sale.

Convenient Starbucks right off of 93. Came here for a lil meetup after we skied at Eldora. Nice staff, and yummy drinks. We also bought our own reusable cups for 10 cents off, so that’s also a plus (like every other Starbucks) .

This is a full Starbucks with basically everything you would expect. My experience there was very positive. The staff there at the time was very friendly and nice. Our drinks were produced quickly and correctly. The building was very clean and spacious. The only issue would be the surrounding infrastructure due to the construction work but the place is great.

Wow, today was special! This Starbucks has been one of my favorites for over a decade. I used to work right next to it, and that’s where I met Linda. She has worked there forever, and let me tell you—she is the best.
Working in healthcare, I know how important those small moments are before a long day. That morning coffee (or in my case, a Refresher) can set the tone for everything. Linda is one of those rare people who doesn’t just make your drink—she makes your day. Her kindness, warmth, and genuine care remind me how much better the world could be if everyone treated others the way she does.
Today, after moving an hour away, I just happened to be in town and stopped by. To my surprise, I saw Linda—not behind the counter, but as a customer! We spotted each other through the drive-thru window, and of course, we had to catch up outside. Even after all these years, she still made my day, reminding me that the world is full of amazing people.

1 Employee working. I ordered 1 bottle water and 1 pumpkin loaf. The wait was crazy long. I did not have the bread warmed, it came sealed in plastic. IT WAS DRY AND CRUMBLY!!!!!! THROUGH HALF IN THE TRASH!!!! The display cases had not been cleaned and polished for ( what looked like) months. This Starbucks was the worst, ever.!
