I had a very disappointing experience at this Starbucks. I ordered a Venti Iced Hazelnut Shaken Espresso and when it was handed to me at the drive-thru, it was not made correctly all. When I politely asked for it to be remade properly, two employees at the window yelled to each other, “tell her we don’t care,” laughing while clearly aware I could hear them.

I then parked and went inside to address the issue. A woman who claimed to be the district manager dismissed my concerns, stating that the drink was made “how she makes it” and insisting that’s how it should be made, despite it being incorrect and unprofessional. Her energy and attitude shifted when I approached, which only added to the concerning behavior — employees being led to treat a customer rudely is unacceptable, especially by management.

This experience was unprofessional, disrespectful, and disappointing. She said she gave me a refund and didn’t. Then a $4 gift card. I hope Starbucks takes this seriously to ensure proper customer service training and accountability for management.

The car picture is how it is generally made: nicely layered… Other photo is her & her way of making the drink.

Was able to report directly to Starbucks on Instagram. 10/10 highly recommend to do that.

The baristas here are always a delight to speak to and seem to be compassionate and kind people. I’ve never had a wrong order from them, and they help me start my morning off right. I think I’d stop at this location even if it wasn’t on my commute.

Went in to use a gift card and purchase a bag of coffee. It was late in the day, so wasn’t much left to choose from. Barista took the time to check in the back and found what I needed. Then I screwed up my order and he had to reenter everything. He never skipped a beat and didn’t show any frustration whatsoever. Thanks for the great service.

The nicest baristas in all of Denver. They feel like family. They are friendly and welcoming. The seating is a little cramped, and it can get noisy, so I stick to the drive-thru at this location. It is a good central location.

One Way into the parking lot and drive thru off Hampden. Tight space to navigate with a bigger vehicle. Caspian, the window customer rep was very nice. I like it when employees try the food and make recommendations. Next time, I will try the Jalapeño Chicken Wrap.

It’s what you expect at a Starbucks. Good coffee. Upbeat music. Great ambient temperature. Service is ok. This location seems to be very busy with the drive thru orders. There is seating both indoor and outdoors. One area this location could improve on is the location of the indoor seating. Most of the seating is in the way of the line that forms for customers to order. Some tables are located right in front of the exit.

Good coffee but unfortunately not as good as dutch bros. I go here when I don’t want to drive that far. I still live the basics of peppermint mochas and pumpkin spice lattes when they come out but the tastes have changed so I go to Dutch bros for more variety.

Came in for the wifi and was severely disappointed in the lack of tables with access to plugs. All the perimeter tables had plug access, but they were all full of people while the inner tables sat empty. There was good cause for that, as they didn’t have charging ports or any other sort of power for laptop or tablet usage.

The staff were friendly though, so there’s that.

No coffee brewed- at a coffee shop! Impossible parking lot- can only enter from 1 way. Circled to get to the drive through, ordered coffee, NONE brewed, decided to go to another local one, got stuck in line. What a disappointment and waste of time.

If you park in the main parking to the shopping complex you must walk all the way around a fence that Starbucks has put up. You can see the grass worn down for the foot traffic. Pretty stupid design
