This is my go to Starbucks as it is near my house and the service is always truly outstanding. I often lock my card due to gas station fraud I’ve experienced and even when I forget to unlock it and have to stand there unlocking it in front of the barista they are kind and pleasant. Melissa is friendly, welcoming, and her team makes the visit feel personal. The genuine kindness of the staff really stands out. At a time when great service feels harder to come by, this location consistently gets it right.

I’m writing this review simply because of the service. I have been to Starbucks locations all over the country (I travel a lot for work) and this is the best service I have ever received. Melissa was extremely friendly. She recommended a new drink, which I loved, and more importantly she made me feel welcome. Good service seems to fading away in many places but this Starbucks location still manages to offer fantastic service and I really appreciate it. I will be back every time I come to Denver.

I asked for a doppio espresso with vanilla cold foam and they gave me sweet cream on the bottom instead. When I asked if they could remake it correctly with the cold foam on top they decided the best solution was to just add cold foam on top of the messed up drink so it was too sweet to drink due to double the creamer. I also heard them complaining about it right in front of me. thought it wasn’t a big deal to remake a simple coffee the correct way but I guess doing the right thing isnt necessary.

This is my neighborhood Starbucks, and it really feels like a neighborhood coffee shop. Warm, friendly, personal… Of course, delicious coffee, but it’s the awesome people who work here who make the difference. A credit to the excellent store manager, Melissa!

I went in with my kids all happy but when I got there that changed. There was a staff named Maddy, who just changed the mood. The whole time I was there her face expression just seemed like she didn’t want to be there and was mad. She didn’t greet customers or smiled. It made the environment very unwelcome. I was there about an hour and she still had the same look everytime I looked at her. I don’t think I’ll be returning here.

Savannah was not welcoming and displayed an unprofessional attitude. It felt as though there was little concern for customer service, with the focus only on making drinks. As a former Starbucks District Manager, this experience was highly disappointing.

The baristas here and amazing and just absolute angels. Make sure to tip them lots!! Every single time I am here my drinks and delicious, and made with a smile.
The drive though situation is a nightmare. I was stuck in the parking spot for 10 minutes.
