Just picked up our online order here, of the male baristas (longer hair) was so kind, welcomed us, and all of the customers as we walked in the door. Our drinks weren’t ready at the same time, instead of placing my drink on the counter and calling my name, he walked over and delivered it right to me. Great service!

Rude RUDE barista taking orders!!

First of all, I’d like to do a shout out to TJ and the older gentleman who has helped me in the past (I apologize, I forgot his name) who works in the mornings at this location. They have both been very friendly and I want to make sure they are recognized.

Now onto the woman who has been extremely rude several times. I enjoy Starbucks in general, but at this location there is a very rude woman who takes the orders sometimes. I go to this Starbucks every Friday around 9am, due to a regular appointment each week. I like to do mobile orders and I try to get them in before I arrive, but the office is extremely close to the Starbucks and it’s difficult to do that.

In the past I’ve driven up to give my name for my order and am meet with “You need to wait to come until the time given after you placed your order, because we can’t guarantee it will be ready and we’ll have to have you pull aside and wait”. That’s only happened when this woman is the one taking the orders.

Today she told me “Your food is ready and I know it’s been 6 minutes, but you need to give us more time, because we are flooded with mobile orders and you’re probably going to have to pull aside and wait for your drinks”. The food part was already done, we had 1 black coffee (you didn’t have to “make” anything) and 1 cold coffee. I was 4 minutes early.

So, you’re telling me that you cannot handle making 1 cold coffee, while I wait my turn to arrive at the window in line. I’m supposed to wait the full 10 minutes, before I jump into the often, very long line to wait longer for my coffee or chance it that I’m going to be a little early, because I joined the long line.

If I place this order at the box, instead of online, I would expect that I will wait for my order to be ready and not be told I need to pull aside, because it’s too difficult or takes too long to make 1 cold coffee. This was NOT a large order. I’ve NEVER had this problem at another Starbucks and despite what this woman thinks, I do try to place orders ahead of time.

So, whoever worked today and was a woman taking orders at this location at 9am, YOU ARE VERY RUDE! I don’t know what your problem is. You cannot tell me that making 1 drink is too difficult at a store that sells coffee! You gave me flack over 4 minutes! Seriously?! Everything else was ready and I was too early for you to make one cold coffee… That speaks more to your incompetence than anything. I also heard your rude remarks and complaining at the window behind TJ (who was being very kind and chatting) to complain about me. The coffee was ready in about 30 seconds after I pulled up. I consider that pretty average and actually great timing to wait for a coffee at Starbucks. I hope you don’t treat all your customers this way. Please, whoever is the manager at this branch, talk to this woman about his she treats her customers. This has happened in several occasions. I’m done taking her crap and being talked about rudely like I’m some horrible person, because you had to make 1 drink 4 minutes early.

Order was picked up by a DoorDash driver and the Starbucks refused to remake it so I had to wait for door dash customer canceled the order. Long paired guy said it wasn’t Starbucks problem. Another Driver already picked it up. Which it is you should make them confirm it in front of you.

Strong Wi-Fi, friendly staff, drive thru and easy accessibility. Every time I’ve been in here it’s always been clean and has a good atmosphere. Parking lot is easy to get in and out of. They always have a good selection of drink-ware and food for purchase also. The coffee is what you’d expect from Starbucks.

I ordered 4 coffee travelers 2 days in advance to pick up for my cousin’s funeral service. I was assured by a Starbucks team member that my order would be ready at 1:15 for pickup so I could be on time for the service.

When I arrived, not only was my order not ready, the employees on shift had no idea about it. My order took over 20 minutes to prepare. In addition, the sugars and creamers that are advertised to come with the travelers are simply a venti cup filled with said items. No way to display or serve them. How disappointing as an item intended to be taken to events.

When I contacted Starbucks customer service, they could not have cared less. Yes, the did give me the points for my order on my rewards account (yet another mistake made that day by the employees), but no other compensation or apology was offered.

If you are ever in need of coffee travelers for an event, STAY FAR AWAY!!! Such a bummer on an already hard day. I expected more from Starbucks and could not have been more disappointed, from the 20+ minute wait all the way through contacting customer service.

This has to be one of the dirtiest most disgusting stores I have ever been to. From the floors to the counters being sticky and dirty, with spills everywhere as well as milk, crumbs toppings spilled throughout there prep area. Doesn’t look like they keep clean. The trash is full and the seating area looks like it’s been neglected for a while. Plenty of workers in the back. The girl who took our order was not friendly and walked away to do something else more important apparently than finishing checking us out. Then they got the order wrong! These employees clearly don’t wanna be working here and everything you experience from the moment you walk through the door shows it! It screams I hate my job!

We love this Starbucks by our house. It’s very consistent and the people are always nice. Except yesterday…the guy at the window was fantastic. Super friendly and made an effort to get to know us. Unfortunately the girl who took our order was having a difficult time. I repeated my order three times and the third time she said “got it”. When I drove away and took a sip of my drink I knew immediately it was wrong. We turned around and went back to the window to get it fixed and the girl who took my order was there. She did not smile she looked very irritated and when I told her what was wrong with my drink she grabbed it turned around made it came back never apologized never said thank you nothing so it was a little disappointing to have someone that doesn’t have the same spirit and attitude as the rest of them. We will be back but I hope that this girl, if she is back is having a better day and smiles.

Shout out to the Cpl Max Donahue (CMD) Highlands Ranch location! TJ and the folks here are AMAZING human beings! Our family is dealing with a ruff situation with our furr-baby! Milo has driven through that drive thru so many times!!! And today was his last visit!!!! Everyone was so caring and compassionate upon learning the news. Milo is diabetic and has a lot of other conditions that precludes him from the infamous pup cup! But not today! He enjoyed that pup cup to the fullest!!! Thank you so much TJ for your support, care, and concern! You are a part of Milo’s last adventures! Thank you for making it special!

Update: Bella’s first Pup Cup
Starbucks and their wonderful, friendly caring team members at all locations but especially Highlands Ranch Town Center (CPLMDL) have become a part of our family! Together we have had great experiences and encounters that have been meaningful! So of course we have to acknowledge the joy we experienced with our new furr-baby ‘s first Starbucks Pup Cup! The brista was bright, smiley, and excited to hand Bella her first Pup Cup! And as you can see Bella was just as excited to receive! She thoroughly enjoyed the special Starbucks Pup Cup!

Once again, you’ve helped us mark a milestone. You all are so FETCH (bark bark)!
