It is a consistent experience going here. My drink and my food were spot on. I like this Starbucks because they have a lot of seating indoors, and they have some outdoor seating if you bring your dog. The staff is always professional and respectful.

The way the mobile orders/walk ins are done is a bit ridiculous. We went inside and there wasn’t anyone in front of us… ordered one drink and waited over ten minutes while they made 20+ drinks for mobile orders. I understand the point of a mobile order is to not wait, but having someone inside wait over ten minutes for one drink instead of making it quickly is just bad service. Fully do not recommend going inside, the wait is brutal.

This location is brand new and is very modern and spacious. It features outdoor patio seating as well. The people are super friendly and the service is fast (though drive thru and counter service). Drinks are delicious. Unfortunately, the location is decently inconvenient compared to the old location near the Safeway. The parking lot is really beat up and the ways to get in the shopping center are very limited. Other than that, it was a very good experience and will definitely be back for a morning cup of coffee.

This location is always busy, but the staff handles the flow nicely! Custom drinks are made to perfection and the food is always prepared perfectly. The staff always gets everything ready quickly with a smile! Inside is always clean and comfortable and has a good selection of cups, mugs, and beans. During the school year, this is a great hangout for students.

Not the best this last visit. Took over 10 minutes for us being the only car in drive thru, at 130pm on a Saturday. They made the kids cookie crumbles not kid friendly with coffee. Wasted two of our four drinks. Bummer since we usually have a good experience here. Hope it was a one off experience.

Best customer service I have ever received. Clean and spacious interior. I got A caramel macchiato with oat milk and light ice and a pink drink with slightly more strawberry açai than coconut milk with light ice.

HORRIBLE !!!!! A young lady named Zoey just asked me ” could you not have your cigar lit when coming thru the drive thru ?” As rude as she could be . Instead of closing her window she felt the need to let us know just how offended she was . I will never come back here and I certainly hope that young isn’t employed with Starbucks any longer . This is the absolute worst I’ve ever been treated at Starbucks !!!!
