Baristas need new training or something, because even a short drive through line takes them forever to clear. Don’t go if you have anywhere to be. Just waited forty minutes and only got 1 of 2 drinks.

I ordered & paid for one coffee item. I waited & waited for over 30 minutes. I asked them, ” where is my drink”, they didnt know. I asked for a refund from receipt I paid for only to told my order was not in system??? I’ve been going to same location from day one. I will never go back. Considering other coffee shops now.

For several years, we have always had issues with this Starbucks making our drinks correctly.
Don’t expect to receive a correct drink if you make modifications. We frequently receive normal milk instead of nonfat, or are shorted on pumps of syrup.
On my most recent visit, the barista set my drink on the counter for my pick-up, and it was totally ripped off on the amount of milk. I did not order a Venti to pay for a grande in a Venti cup, that’s how bad it was! I immediately asked the barista to add more milk (since it was a cold drink) and she rudely agreed. I noticed she had to go to the back of the store to open a new milk. So basically out of laziness she jipped me on milk because she didn’t want to go get more and hoped I wouldn’t say anything.
On this same visit, we also ordered a hot chai. I left with the hot chai to deliver it to my mom, only for her to taste it and realize it was barely flavored! It was almost the color of plain milk, not chai colored (see photo). Then I remembered that when the employee made my chai after the hot Chai, she went to fill up the chai canister. So she skimped out on the first chai’s pumps because it had ran out, and the second chai’s milk because it had ran out. Lazy! The training and management must be subpar because issues like this have been happening for years.

I really wish there were a different coffee shop or café in this location. I stop here a few times a year while waiting for my vehicle at Discount Tire across the parking lot, and every time, I think, “Maybe this time will be better.” Spoiler alert: it’s not.
My latest $6+ coffee arrived nearly an inch short of the top—almost 20% of the drink missing! I know inflation is rough, but come on.
On the bright side, the staff is genuinely friendly, and the interior is well-designed with plenty of seating. Those are the only redeeming traits keeping this Starbucks from a 1-star review.

I’m never a big fan of Starbucks. But today I met a barista named Luka and he was the most vibrant most energetic and gave me a wonderful best tasting drink I’ve ever had and I’m very impressed by the young man.

This Starbuck’s is my go to for coffee on the run! The baristas here know how to make my drink (Grande iced coffee w/2 pumps vanilla, classic, cream, shot of espresso). Seems easy enough, but I’ve encountered other locations that just don’t make it right.
I have also been the fortunate recipient of a pay-it forward experience at this Starbuck’s, this is when somebody in front of you in line pays for your order unexpectedly.
Someday I will pay-it forward, but for now I can at least recommend this location for a good caffeine fix.5 stars!!!

I am a big coffee fan however the coffee at most Starbucks isn’t the greatest. But staff is very nice here even offering to make a drink that I mobile ordered to the wrong location. This place can get very busy but the staff always does there best to get things out in a reasonable time. I’ve never had an order get messed up or lost. I’ve stayed and done work here, the tables are kept clean and it doesn’t get too loud in the shop.
