The barista at the window this morning was extremely rude and scolded me for not giving them 5-12 minutes to complete my mobile order. Pretty sure it had been 5, but it was early and I was the ONLY vehicle in the DT and as I could see the front register, there were no customers there either. I didn’t mind waiting and if there was a line in the DT when I pulled up, I would have gone inside. Why make a big deal out of something like that? I don’t need to start my morning that way. I went to this location out of convenience, but will now take the extra 5 minutes to go to the Dutch Bros down the road, where the baristas are always kind and friendly.

I visited this location with some friends a few nights ago, and unfortunately, it was a very uncomfortable experience. We arrived around 6:10 PM, even though the posted closing time is 8:00 PM. More than half of the tables already had chairs stacked on top of them, making it feel like the store was about to close.
There were still several customers inside, yet the staff began cleaning very loudly around us. It felt rushed and unwelcoming, as if they were trying to push everyone out well before closing time. The noise made it difficult for us to even have a conversation, and the overall atmosphere was uncomfortable.
I understand wanting to prepare for closing, but doing so in a way that makes customers feel unwelcome well before the actual closing time is disappointing. Unfortunately, the experience came across as disrespectful and rude.

I have tried to give this location numerous opportunities to change my mind about ordering from this location because they mess up my order every. single. time. without fail. whether it be forgetting items and asking me to wait 15 minutes to prepare the last part of my order ahead ticket. I have waited a half hour for one drink and one sandwich upwards of 4 times which seems ridiculous considering I have never had this issue with any other store. Even today, I ordered a hot venti chai with some vanilla. So what did I receive? Somehow I got an iced chai with pumpkin cold foam. (i am allergic to pumpkin so good thing i checked the label after noticing my drink looked completely different.) I don’t even know what would make this right, but I highly recommend NEVER ordering from this starbucks if you are in a hurry, or if you enjoy the items you ordered.

Starbucks at 6149 Balsam Way, Littleton, CO has been repeatedly not getting my cappuccino right has has left out the syrup. I have returned these back to have them remake because of this issue but was in return met with attitude. They know my name and order as I am a regular there and order the same thing every time. It seems like they targeted me every time I go there. What ever happened to customer service? Sad, but am now going to have to boycott this place. In my opinion, someone should be fired.

I wish we caught his name but he was working tonight around 8 and has tattoos I think but he was so freaking nice. I swear every time my boyfriend and I have been to this location everyone’s not the nicest but he was so cool!! And thank u for allowing us to give u an extra tip!

Staff here are lovely! Everyone was very kind and friendly not just to me but to everyone else in the store as well. Store is also very clean and well presented with lots of seating options. Cozy atmosphere and excellent service!

I’ve been to a lot of Starbucks and this is my favorite. It is large inside with plenty of different types of seating. It is great for working remote and there are plenty of charging stations.
The staff are phenomenal at this location. I was quite the regular for a while and got to know several of the barista’s. They are so kind and friendly and accommodating.
The patio is nice and very dog friendly.
There is a lake a short distance called Robert Clement, and it is beautiful. It’s nice to grab a Starbucks and walk around the lake or even sit at a nearby bench and watch the ducks and turtles and people walking by.
