This by far is one of my worst Starbucks experience! When I walked up I was not greeted so I greeted the two girls that were working. I placed order and was not asked my name as usual and was told it would be ready for pick up at the end. When my drink was ready they didn’t call my name at all. Not the typical Starbucks experience for an already over priced drink. At the very least the staff could be friendlier. The one girl working that I could see the name tag was Genesis. Would highly recommend going to a different Starbucks.

Depending on who is working when I go in they are awesome one particular employee does not have personality very negative doesn’t smile does not engage in any type of conversation I tried to talk to her and like she always does doesn’t say a word back and if she does say something it’s negative. Anyone that goes to this particular Starbucks would know exactly who I’m talking about. If she’s working I will keep walking by not worth my time and money

One bad Starbucks. The girls there ruin the business.
Day one. After a detailed explanation of what I would like in my drink, the barista missed a key ingredient. After I pointed at that, she rolled her eyes and started redoing it with an attitude. No apologies.
Day Two; two weeks later. I showed the picture of an ingredient label from another Starbucks in the hope it would ease her work. Again the ingredient (Vanilla syrup shot) was missed. Not a big deal. I happened to splash a little bit of milk on the floor and then wiped it myself. Three hours later, after my shopping at Target, I stopped by on my way back to the doors and found that the floor was not cleaned at all (wet floor!). The coffee shop didn’t have a single person, it was not overcrowded at all. One of the baristas was sitting at the table on her phone and eating Starbucks food. The attitude of the employees at this location needs to have serious management work. No greeting, sour faces, keep re-doing the drinks and they don’t care about anything but their party-alike time. No wonder there were no people at that location as it used to be some time ago. I have pictures if a district manager would like to reach me.

Associates are not trained on the red card process nor are they trained how to properly use the app. Every associate makes up a different excuse. One associate working. 3 groups of 4 all ordering food and drinks. Long lines.

I came in and ordered two drinks, I had a $10 gift card on my app, I presented it to the barista. She scanned it and told me I only needed to pay the difference of $.58 I swipe my card and ended up paying the full $10.58 on my personal card, my gift card is still gone and I technically paid for those drinks twice. I never received a receipt, my gift card was never reloaded on my app which means it was used. I don’t think I will be coming back.

I liked this location before their remodel. 2 or 3 times since re-opening I’ve stood their waiting or trying to ask a question, only to be ignored by the person at the bar. Which, is the only person at the bar.

Ordered an Iced London Fog Tea Latte. Was informed that it only comes hot….. I’ve ordered it multiple times… Cold. I understand it takes 5mins to brew, and I always tip them because of this. It’s one of my favorite drinks, but just remember. I’m disappointed ☹️

Please look at the food in the case before ordering!! The people in front of me ordered and the food was pulled out of the case so i know this isn’t display food. In the case there was a moldy croissant and about 10 fruit flies landing on multiple things in the case itself. That means things are not being cleaned properly and not paid attention to if you are gonna put a moldy sandwich in the window.
