Today was not the day on my birthday to get MY drunk… So instead I ordered my wife’s. If you look at the sticker, you can clearly see they miss the whipped cream entirely. The extra caramel all over the cup that it usually has and anything else that’s in it. It doesn’t look or make sense, it doesn’t even look made right? How does Starbucks the world’s biggest largest company that I know of that makes very good coffee make simple mistakes like this? I have been to Starbucks all over this state and I mean all over I work as a maintenance mobile technician and the last thing that I would want to do is have my coffee ruin my morning now. I’m going to the KingSuppers down the street to have her order remade. Because you can clearly see in the picture. It does not meet anything remotely close to what I ordered.

So I am not usually a fan of Starbucks. They fail to get my order correct. But the Castle Pines location provides old time Starbucks service. Friendly caring staff, order made with care, and they make you feel like family. They even take the time to hand write a personal note on your cup!

For context: I placed a mobile order for in-store pickup.
I walked in and went straight to the end of the bar to grab my order, but didn’t see it right away. I looked around confusedly for a couple minutes before I realized my order was ready, and sitting up on a shelf. (I wasn’t 100% sure it was mine, so I like to confirm with staff before I grab my mobile order.)
I get it – there’s always those annoying people that walk in and go straight to the handoff platform, expecting to place their order there. I am not one of those people though.
Every employee just ignored me. No eye contact. No acknowledgement. No greeting or offer of assistance. No goodbye. It just felt so lifeless in there. It obviously bothered me or I wouldn’t have written this review.

Extremely busy. Looked like they had every hired employee behind a tiny counter. Seriously counted 10! They’re bread pieces pieces keep getting smaller. And they’re strawberry refresher tasted weird like someone spit in it. Be weary of this store. You never know what you’re really getting.

I picked up an order of English breakfast tea with 3/4 inch nonfat milk and left in a hurry. On arrival at my destination, there’s no milk. The orange juice was also wrong – it was organic defense up. That’s 2 of the 3 items incorrect. Super annoying when they just have one thing to do and the actual order is on the sticky label attached to each item. Who are they employing? Really? Get it sorted please Brian Niccol.
