I was shorted on my grande latte today and this is not the first time it has happened. I stop at this store when it is on the way to or from my destination. I received 10 ounces of liquid coffee with a lot of foam. At the very LEAST, there should be 14 ounces of liquid in a grande latte, but 16 ounces would be more appropriate. Otherwise, please publicly inform customers as to what they will actually be receiving. I know there are 2 shots of espresso in the drink which should yield the proper strength of coffee for 14-16 ounces of liquid. Please consider switching to cups that are 2 ounces larger on all sizes of lattes (tall, grande, venti…e.g. 14, 18, 22 ounce cups).

I typically love this location because they are the fastest workers ever! Lately however I’ve been picking up my coffee and finding that it feels unusually light for a venti size… today I opened the lid of my venti caramel macchiato and the foam was a full 1” lower than the lip!!! It’s very frustrating as a teacher to treat myself sometimes with a $6 coffee on the way to work and not have it filled to the top 🙁 Hopefully this location can work to improve this!

The staff goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome. In a place that it’s usually for to go orders, they even brought our coffees to our table!! Never saw this before!

I ordered a drink and went to the drive thru on 10/30th. I heard two male employees making fun of my order. I like what I like in my drink and these are my preferences. Why is this their problem? This location needs to work on their customer service!

The service is good and i like the atmosphere, but it really is pretty dirty at 10:30am on Saturday morning. Because of the foot traffic, they should clean it better or more times throughout the day. There are crumbs on the floor. Last time i came here, i had to tell them to replenish the toilet paper in the bathrooms which stink by the way. I like that this Starbucks is big, however, and i always come here when my dog is being groomed next door at Black Paw. Something needs to be done like a deep clean or something with the bathrooms. Please! I know they are bathrooms, but they shouldn’t smell this awful.

The service was terrible. I sat for 15 min while all the mobile customers were served ahead of me and the drive through window was served. They never called my name to say my coffee was ready so when I finally asked, it was cold! Rip off to pay almost $6 for a coffee with a dollar tip! I’m not going to Starbucks anymore!

I frequently visit the Louisville area for work and this Starbucks is my go to for breakfast. You can barely open the door before you’re being greeted by everyone with genuine “Good Morning!” Everyone behind the counter is hustling and keeping drinks and food moving out to customers. Everyone is personable too paying compliments to customers and even asking how people are doing while they’re working. Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to read some of their name tags otherwise I’d give individual shoutouts. I hope this suffices, shoutout to everyone who was working the morning of 16SEP2025 and all the other mornings I’ve visited! Thank you for your energy, consistency, and great customer service!

I stopped at the Starbucks drive-thru today around 10:30 AM to order a cappuccino. Unfortunately, the service was not good at this time. The employee (a guy) at the window handed me my drink without seeing me, or saying a single word. Can you imagine receiving your order from someone who doesn’t even look at you or say anything? I expect better customer service, especially from Starbucks

I messed up my drink order on the app not knowing correct verbiage for items and he helped me to understand for future orders and made me a new drink, never once showing and negativity towards me or the my error. If you love Starbucks, this is the location to go to!!!

Super slow, you can wait forever in here and not even be acknowledged. Dining room frequently closes with no warning or explanation despite accepting in-store mobile orders. Super slow drive through.
