It is absolutely disheartening when you pay so much for a drink and people don’t have the respect to make the drink correctly!! This happens ALL THE TIME!! And every time me and my colleagues think things will be different and we try to give Starbucks another shot they never fail to disappoint!! Management is great in understanding when we take our drinks back and is always so respectful and helps us get our drinks remade but we shouldn’t have to take our drinks back EVERY TIME!! Prime example, this drink is all milk and flavor no coffee and no sweet cold foam! Absolutely ridiculous!

I have never been more annoyed with a Starbucks. This location always gives us problems, but the best yet was waiting 45 minutes in the drive through for one drink just to get the wrong drink, having to then park and take it in to be fixed. They are always rude, and unwilling to take accountability for mistakes.

This is a great Starbucks location. The baristas are all so polite, making it a comfortable environment to visit with friends over coffee, or get some work done on my laptop. A special shout to Colton for always greeting me with a smile and asking if my drink is perfect❤️

Ordered in store at 7:20am. Venti hny cit mint tea and tomato mozzarella sandwich not heated. About 5 minutes later person who took my order called out my name with a hot sandwich. Told her I have the sandwich remember I didn’t want it heated. She said oh yea well take this one too. At 7:34 I finally received my drink. I was upset as this took 14 minutes. Happens all the time. When I asked why do I always have to wait. I was told that mobile orders come before mine. So you are telling me that walk in customers aren’t a priority anymore. Last time in this store. I’ll go to the location in king Soopers. Oh yeah, the hot sandwich she gave me was a breakfast sandwich. Sorry to the person who had to wait for their order.

honestly the worst starbucks i’ve been to. as a partner, i feel that this starbucks lacks all of the values of starbucks. this is the second time that ive had a bad experience, the first time i got the wrong drinks and they were rude when i asked them to be remade. this time i felt rushed , got 3 food items and no napkins, wasn’t offered a drink carrier, not offered straws either. even though i live two minutes away i’d rather drive 15 for better service.
