I had a terrible experience yesterday. Now that Im seeing all these other poor reviews of crappy attitudes from their employees, it all makes sense! I ordered through the drive thru and provided my name (Amanda) for the order. When I picked up my order they proceeded to write “A Man Duh” as my name! This is in extremely poor taste, very elementary and just flat out not funny! I was so mad that my husband called the store for me and they said they would make it right and call me and etc but nothing has happened… I suggest you train your employees to go back to writing smiley faces on cups if they can’t handle being professional.

This is the third time I get my drink all messed up. Asked for light ice and they fill it up over half the cup. I was literally only able to get two sips out of this drink today because it was all ice. I asked for cold foam on top and it was a little splash of it and that’s it. The last two times my girl and I have went and ordered the same stuff and they always seems to make the drinks however they want not how we order them. The chai drinks we have gotten taste more like milk than chai and very little cold foam.

This was the worst experience I’ve had at a Starbucks. I went through the drive through ordered a Brown Sugar Shaken Espresso with Salted Caramel Cold Foam. The drink was not made right. I get this drink about 5 times a week, I know how it is or is not supposed to taste. I asked to get the drink remade and pulled back up to the window and the lady standing there did not even make eye contact with me. She then told me to ‘try the drink and make sure it tastes right.’ Which one is ridiculous. Even by the color I could tell the drink was STILL made wrong. They also add cinnamon there was no cinnamon in the drink. The lady working the window I believe her name was Rhonda or something with an R. She was very clearly incompetent and lacked pretty basic but vital skills that are seemingly required for costumer service.

I was disappointed with my drinks this morning. Excited for the holiday menu, I ordered Caramel Brulee and it had almost no flavor. I took off the lid and found little whipped cream and no Caramel brulee crunch bits. My daughter’s white hot chocolate tasted like plain milk. I didn’t have the convenience of running in for them to remake ot because I had an infant and toddler in the car. I ordered food and the food was good as usual. However my order was $22 and definitely not worth the money.

without a doubt some of the snobbiest, most unpleasant teenagers i have ever had the displeasure of making my coffee. had the audacity to tell me “next time if you could, like, maybe try to wait a little longer before, like, picking up your order?” continued to condescendingly attempt to explain to me that a London Fog, “is really hard to make and takes too long to steep” awesome! I will now continue to order an iced london fog every time I visit this location! If it’s on the menu, I as a customer don’t need to be guilt tripped about how my NORMAL, UN-MODIFIED TEA is so unbelievably hard for a BARISTA to make. Visited at 4:30 on 12/10.

Another terrible experience with is Starbucks yesterday. My drink wasn’t stirred properly (and I’d know as a former Starbucks partner) so I asked them to remake it and he REFUSED. I had to argue with him for 5 mins before he got the barista to remake. She had a nasty attitude too along with another barista who seemed to be the shift. They were super condescending and had abysmal customer service skills. In my day, I would’ve sent them home from their shift and written them up for this. These baristas need retraining on drink recipes and basic customer service.

I don’t think the barista here had their morning coffee this morning. Ordered my usual through the app for a mobile drive thru pickup on my way to work – a venti chai, extra hot with almond milk. Took a few sips and thought it tasted weak. Tried to stir it and it didn’t help. Took off the lid to discover I received a VENTI cup of steamed almond milk. No chai at all. How does that even happen? Who grabs a container of almond milk, fills a venti cup and hands it to the customer? I called the store for a refund and apparently they cant refund mobile orders so I had to waste another 30 mins contacting customer service all to just get my $6 refunded. No “I’m sorry, here’s an extra drink added to your account for the inconvenience etc.” Won’t be going back to Starbucks, My order has always been perfect at Ziggis and Dutch Bros. Terrible customer service.

The gals who work at this store are the rudest and laziest workers. We’ve come to this location morning and evening and no matter the shift, the girls working the drive thru have nasty attitudes. They act as though they’re doing you a favor, rather than their actual job. The drinks are sloppily made and food has been cold. Serious customer service skills and training needs to be given, or a change of crew. Until then, we won’t and encourage others to not patronize this store.
