This location will sell you a cup crammed with ice and almost no coffee. I called the manager at one point and she told me that her store is the only one actually making the drinks to the right standard and all the other locations were doing it incorrectly. I laughed and told her that nobody would go to Starbucks if that were the case it’s a total ripoff. Also when the cup is so full of ice you can’t fit the right amount of milk etc the drink tastes awful. I started putting “light ice” on my order and for a period of time that worked. Now they ignore my request for light ice and fill the entire cup with ice like they did before. I only come to this location once a week because it’s convenient on my drive that day. See picture where my order says light ice and the amount I get every single time. Also some of the ice had melted by the time I took the picture initially I could barely shove a straw in the cup. Stop cutting corners guys we pay too much for coffee to be continually ripped off.

Would give 0 stars if I could I placed in order online for drive thru, get to the drive thru and tell them my name they tell me to come to the window… so at the window they tell me they’re working on it and then 10 minutes they come with some random drink I tell them it’s not right and show the receipt and then they sent a rude lady to come tell me to circle around because they need to cash out the people behind me and refused to give me my drink. They told me to call customer care for a refund.

THE # 1 BEST EMPLOYEE GOES TO SOHO I hope I’m spelling your name right but you made my day my whole entire weekend we came in on a Friday and my husband and I ordered a couple drinks and grilled cheese sandwich and a croissant. The day I was there, service and product was excellent! I met a friend and we were both treated so well and totally enjoyed our drinks. We sat and chatted for several hours. During that time, we watched how the team treated others and it was always respectful and friendly. We’ll be going back!

I just had an amazing experience here with a gentleman named Parker! He went above and beyond for me in the drive thru! I didn’t have any cash for a tip, but if I did, he would be getting a 20 from me! He gave me a bag for my food, then offered me a drink carrier as well. Since I only had two drinks, he offered me a carrier with a bag, put stickers on the lids of the drinks, and gave me straws with out asking! If I could I would give them 10 stars!

People here are so unprofessional and rude. The manager is never around looking at what these workers do. I have stopped several times here and either they’re working really slow or they are on their cellphones. This morning, I stopped and one of the workers was on his phone pretending that I wasn’t standing there. No one told me they would be back with me. I was standing there for 5 mins. I’m writing this review because they don’t deserve to work in a place related to customer service. They are getting pay for a job that they are just playing to do. I ended up going to the other Starbucks that is close by.
