First grabbing cold tea, I restated I was wanting hot, they then couldn’t decipher between any of the hot tea options. The three people working grabbed an Emperor’s Cloud and started to make it. I re-asked if it was green tea, they seemed confused but said “yes, it’s Emperor’s Cloud green tea”, then I paid for just that drink because I did not want the iced coffee. When I finally got the tea, it was not correct at all.
I’m all for understanding inventory shortages that are out of your control but simply not knowing your product… especially when it’s the most basic offering of tea is very frustrating. Will and would recommend avoiding this location until they figure out training.
Why can’t they hire decent people?
