Kudos to the hearing impaired lady, although she refers to herself as deaf. The tablet system worked well and she was pleasant and it was a pleasure placing an order with her. Kudos to this Starbucks for giving her and customers to enjoy this experience. This is a relatively large Starbucks (see pics). The entire staff was charming on this Sunday morning. Drinks were great as usual and order came out quickly. Great location!

If you love small parking lots, a poorly placed drive-thru, and waiting for almost 30 minutes for your order, then this location if for you!!!!!!! And if you park and go in, good luck either finding a spot or hope the drive-thru line isn’t blocking your spit, because it’s usually so long it wraps the building and blocks half the parking spots. Staff is great! But just avoid this location and go to literally any of the other ones near here.

We had a large order….
The counter taking orders is deaf.
We ordered 11 drinks. Unfortunately due to her being deaf one was missed.
When the order was finished, the counter staff did not call our name even though he had asked us questions.
We watch customers with obvious cold picking up various orders to see if it was theirs…
Spreading their germs onto other orders…
So so disappointing.

I occasionally stop here before work, and several times, I have had to ask them to wipe off the cup that is somehow covered in sticky mess. This last time, the blonde girl literally took my cup , set it down, pretended to wipe it off, and then she handed me a still very sticky cup. Is it so hard to get a little customer service, the place wasn’t even busy at 5:30am.

So I come into the store at 64th and ward pretty much everyday and I absolutely love their employees here. They know me by name and are always so welcoming when I come through the door. Its my favorite part of my day and it makes me smile when I get a “hi Jen” as if they are all my friends. I have a special concoction of a drink that I have put together for myself due to my special dietary needs and they make it perfectly for me. So thank you to the employees here to make me feel special and loved!! Starbucks should be very proud of their employees at this location!!

Another watery warm iced americano with just a little ice floating in the top. Why do Starbucks baristas no longer know how to make iced americanos? They are regularly lukewarm and watery, and then they put extra cream in it making it just taste like watery cream and almost no coffee flavor. Many years ago I was a barista at Starbucks and there were specific instructions for how to make one that worked every time. Now they’re just gross.
