Every bit of my experience is always top notch! The area is always neat and clean. The staff is always extremely friendly and my beverages and food always perfect!! Every time I have visited, the staff have been friendly and I have been personally greeted by the Manager. I go out of my way to visit this Starbucks! Kudos to this location!!

Showed up to this location around 8, all the chairs were stacked on the tables. Gave an appearance that it was closed. Had to ask if it was open due to them cleaning up very early (this location is said to close at 10) then as I was enjoying a nice cup of coffee , having a conversation they raised the volume of the music extremely loud. Had to nearly yell to talk to my friend. Coffee places are meant for people to read books, socialize, study. Hard to do with the music so loud, felt as if they were trying to kick us out.

When I went in the workers there were extremely nice and welcoming! I talked to a girl named Jailene there and Jessica (I think was her name) and they recommended me some really good drinks. I’m so happy, their service was great, and I will be coming back often! 🙂

This Starbucks is wonderful! The staff are incredibly kind and attentive, and always have a pep in their step and maintain a positive attitude and presence, even when they are completely swamped. The indoor seating is on the smaller side, but feels quit cozy. The outdoor seating is fairly spacious and pleasant, as well as partially shaded.

Heard about the new starbucks opening in the already fabulous West Towne Marketplace and we had to go take a look!!! Not only were the aesthetics eye catching but we were right away felt welcomed by the friendly baristas! Loving the leather chairs so much!

I’m a regular at this Starbucks and the service is always amazing. The staff is super friendly, very attentive and they always recognize me when I come in. My drink was perfect as usual – great atmosphere and consistently great quality!
