You were friendly did not hesitate to apologize and offered a quick remake even though there was a long line. I appreciated your patience, friendly attitude, customer service and courteousness on my visit. I visited this Starbucks after picking up my kids from school and ordered each of them a Frappuccino. When I walked in, it was extremely busy, and there were only about four employees working. I ended up waiting around 15 minutes for our drinks, and there was a long line of people waiting as well. I was honestly getting frustrated with the wait. After some time, I asked to speak with a supervisor and spoke with Miso. He was incredibly kind, professional, and sincerely apologetic about the delay. He truly took the extra time to make us feel cared for. He gave my kids a cake pop and even took the time to talk to them, asking about their day at school and reminding them to do their homework. It was a very genuine and caring interaction that meant a lot. After that, he went to other customers individually to apologize for the wait. While the wait itself wasn’t ideal, Miso’s attitude, kindness, and genuine care completely turned the experience around. He treated both me and my kids with respect and made us feel like we truly mattered.Thank you, Miso, for your excellent customer service. Don’t lose that genuine attitude.

I come here almost every day since I am in medical school here at Texas Tech El Paso, and the staff is beyond AMAZING! Especially Misa, Jesus, and Brenda, who are always so sweet, caring, and attentive in making sure my long hours are as comfortable as possible. Could not ask for better staff or better treatment!

My visit on Starbucks Sunland Park & Mesa was pleasant. The baristas are amazing, the atmosphere is comfortable, and my drink was given to me as I requested it to be. Service here is not only pleasant but fast as well. I drank a little bit of my coffee before capturing the photo, which is why it has less.

LITTLE BIGGIFTS
If I had the time and all the ingredients I would do my own coffee but instead I pay about $9+ for a poorly made coffee or matcha at Starbucks. I have had problems with this location because they never follow the requests in the order. I try to go out of my way to purchase at other locations but sometimes i’m late and have to order in this location. If the request is a grande with extra ice on a venti cup it means that I want mostly ice on the cup even though I appreciate you thinking that giving me more drink will be best that is not what I want or is requested. In this drink there was not one ice cube. I did not drink the drink I wasted my time, your time and food. I am a people pleaser and hardly complain or ask for anything to not bother the workers because I know you are all busy but i’m tired of having to throw away so many drinks because the baristas here don’t follow the drink. I know my drink is not the easiest but I’m paying for it and thats what I want to drink. I hope you understand my complaint and improve.

I ordered a tall matcha late but this doesn’t taste like matcha! This was just almond milk!
If you really know/like the real matcha flavor go somewhere else.

Male employee at the window was belligerent, aggressive, combative, and lacked Starbucks’ culture. Ordered an iced Americano with oatmilk. Oatmilk was curdled at the base, and asked to remake. Barista rebuddles and yells that’s the way it is. I insist on it being remade. Same result. I offer to change it to almond milk. They ask me if I mind moving to the parking lot to cut down they’re systemic drive thru wait time metrics. I do mind, as my time is also important plus its one drink, an iced americano. Shouldn’t take more than 60 seconds. Male employee comes to the window arguing with me saying they have other customers, includes an explitive in his discourse. I tell him just get me my drink and I’ll leave. Entire team was super unprofessional except the girl that took my order.
