As a resident of El Paso Texas, this is one of the best Starbucks ever that my daughter and I have visited. There is two employees that made our morning. One of them is Jacob and the other one is Perla. They welcomed us with a great smile, greeted us with genuine enthusiasm, plus it’s a friendly atmosphere and the food was great. They left us speechless in the best way possible.
Thank you for having such amazing people. We will definitely be back.

Staff was friendly and prompt to take my order. The person at the register offered me some suggestions to a few questions I had about their latest featured drinks. I took them up on their suggestion and the drink was excellent. I order our drinks for “here” rather than “to-go” and I was surprised they put the drinks in very nice, sturdy drinking glasses. I’ll definitely be returning to this location.

This Starbucks is beautiful! It is also very conveniently located where lots of traffic, myself included, pass each morning on the way to work, making it a nice addition to the West Side of El Paso. The baristas are so polite and caring, as is my typical experience with the other locations around here. The outdoor seating also is a huge plus, and it is simply gorgeous here!

If you’re a purist who likes black coffee, Starbucks is the best in town. Their dark roast or medium roast are my go to. Just ask for cinnamon powder and that’s all you need.

I only get black coffee so I can’t speak to how “good” it is. I do know this… The staff there are super cool and really nice. Anyone can make black coffee not anyone will be this friendly handing it to you!
