My daughter ordered an Iced cinnamon dolce latte on 10/10 at around 6:10pm. Drank her drink, then noticed there was a fly in her drink! Completely unacceptable!!

The pink haired lady is very rude. I got there and they didn’t even know I ordered food. I asked about it and she said I didn’t order any. I had to pull up the order to show them. Then, she hands me a cold sandwich. I asked if they can warm it up since it’s cold and even offered to go inside so I don’t hold up the drive through. She said it’s my fault since it had been a while since I ordered and told me it’s cold but still edible. I didn’t ask if it was edible; I asked for it to be heated up, and the line took almost an hour to get through. Then, I spend over a minute trying to get her to heat it up. When she decided to help, she didn’t even say she will heat it up. She just snatched it out of my hand and stormed off inside, as if heating a sandwich up was so hard. I didn’t know if I should wait at the drive through or go inside since she didn’t say anything. Then after like 2 minutes, she comes back with the sandwich and hands it to me with attitude. I said thank you so much, and she didn’t even say anything to me, she just closed the window. Super rude, needs either more training or to be replaced. This is not the attitude a starbucks employee should have.

Whoever Tried to take my order was incredibly rude. 100% you could tell she hates her job. We asked for a drink she just said I don’t have that. We asked if they had the pumpkin cream cheese muffins and in an annoyed voice she said yeah before we could respond she “I said I had that” as if we were annoying I WATCHED 2 other cars that were in front of me ALSO LEAVE empty handed. Incredibly rude.

It’s a 10 minute drive to work and this is what it looked like. And a tea I got with light ice had too much. For the price point quality is sometimes an issue. I have a good cup of coffee often, but with the hot drinks some people put too much foam. Not a great way to start my shifts.

Ordered 4 vanilla frapps add strawberry purée and get the whitest strawberry I ever seen. Not to mention all short straws so I have to dig it out the cup. And then to ask for a tip …. Super sucked it up today. Very disappointed
