If I could give this location and their staff a 10 star rating, I would! Especially, GREG! When you walk in, the staff greets you with a warm, “Welcome in!” The atmosphere, the decor, and most importantly, the staff make you feel cozy. Fun fact, I’m allergic to caffeine. I know, why would I go to a coffee shop?? Because they used to have a specialty drink called “caramel apple spice” on the menu. Recently, it’s been removed from the menu, which was devastating to me. This drink is a special treat for me. It’s a very fancy hot apple cider (Caffeine free). I went in trying to explain what it was and that’s when my angel, Greg appeared. He immediately knew what I wanted and let me know how to order it if he wasn’t there to help me. GREG IS THE BEST!!!!! Love him, love the staff here, BEST LOCATION IN AUSTIN!!! 10 STARS!!!

I like this over most of the stores. The only issue I’ve come across is my drinks either not made as requested or way too sweet.
Update
The other issue I seem to keep seeing is the warmed sandwiches are not fully cooked. Especially those with bacon.
Since there is no option to select “cook open faced” on the app, you have to call right after placing the order. And sometimes I can’t do that and about half the time will get the type of sandwich in the picture. Bacon only partially cooked, inedible.
Anything pork needs to be FULLY cooked. Otherwise there are many food borne illnesses that can occur.

This Starbucks is conveniently located inside Barnes & Noble. They offer a wider variety of food options compared to other Starbucks locations, which was a nice surprise. However, they do not accept Starbucks Rewards, which was a bit disappointing. The service was on the slower side, and the seating area is quite small. A lot of trash on the tables and in the bathrooms. Nothing wiped down. Basic things not stocked at stations. Bags of trash laying everywhere. Employees not present too often. Long wait times on orders with no other orders. A simple order.

Amazing morning manager and staff. Came in at opening at 4:30am Sunday May 18 and the manager was wide awake with a bright friendly personality and gave us the best experience I’ve ever had at Starbucks. She gave us lovely ceramic cups for our here order, had fantastic music playing, and proactively offered a refill to-go. Super clean location and great leadership that genuinely cares about customer experience. Please give her a raise. She made our day and makes me want to be a regular
