Terribly made drinks. I am tired of this place telling me the cold foam sinks.. it sits on the top at every other Starbucks.
Why is it melting as you hand me the drink.. makes 0 sense. Then they try and school you on how the cold foam sinks to the bottom when you make it.. lol has to be an inside joke of some kind because it’s an ice drink and at every other location it sits at the top.
Never coming here again and it’s my neighborhood Starbucks. And where are the toppings.. this is crazy to me. You lost a customer that comes 2-3 times a day.

I placed an order with the shift manager, Lauren, in the drive-tru and when paying, I presented both my credit card and my daughter’s Starbucks Partner (Employee) Card, which she recently received as a new Starbucks employee at another location. Without my permission or explanation, Lauren destroyed the Partner Card and disposed of it. When I requested the card back and asked to speak with a manager, she retrieved the broken card from the trash and threw it at me through the window before slamming it shut.
The hostile and unprofessional behavior I experienced, particularly the aggressive tone and dismissive attitude, seemed to escalate when she heard my Latino accent. I felt discriminated against and humiliated by this treatment, which stands in stark contrast to Starbucks’ values of inclusion and respect.

The drive thru gentleman rep is very, very kind and personable. I even heard him greet the guy in front of me by name. Must be a regular. By far the friendliest Starbucks I’ve been to, even if it’s the drive-thru.

I’ve been here a bazillion times for coffee. Hot grande peppermint mocha is my favorite drink and they have never messed up my order. Always consistently good. I like using the app to pay.

I only go to starbucks bc it’s convenient for me and i pay $5 for not even a full cup of coffee, i posted a picture of my cup of coffee without having taken a sip and it’s almost 2 inches under the top of the cup. Ridiculous robbing people of money and can’t even have your workers make the cup full ? Do better.

I’ve had two really bad experiences here . It suck’s because I’m a starbie girl and this is the only Starbucks on the way to take my daughter to school . I always order ahead and go through the drive through . I show up exactly when it’s said to be ready per the app . Twice when I tell them my order they seem like it’s such a burden saying “ it’s usually a ten min window before we get the order and we’re going to try to have it ready “ how would I know that ?? Like it’s inconvenient for them . I truly don’t understand how I would know it’s a ten minute window when mine says 4 minutes. It truly has me feeling really bad like I should have known a different time . When I asked them to explain it they just say “ I don’t know how you would know “ okay so can you stop saying that ?? . If I’m showing up when it tells me too don’t act like it’s just a major deal because YOU didn’t check in time . Anyways fast forward to yesterday , I had ordered a drink incorrectly. I asked to please remake because my daughter won’t drink it . I’m told to pay again and go at the end of the line . Mind you the lady did not give me my drink . I said I can’t wait anymore we’re headed to school she then just is like well oh well . I ask for a refund then since I paid for a drink and don’t have one and I’m told to call customer service . Well let’s just say I did and they said this never should have happened . Unfortunately I’ll never come here again , and truly I think it’s what these employees want . I’m a very good paying customer I’m embarrassed how much I spend in Starbucks a month and they couldn’t even remake one drink for me . Unreal , on to find a new spot !

This was by far the worst customer service experience I’ve had. There were four staff members working in the morning, yet no one acknowledged us until I finally spoke up. When we were finally helped, our order was messed up.
The employee who took our order had an obvious attitude — rolling her eyes and acting as if helping us was a burden. The whole situation felt racially motivated, making it the most blatantly discriminatory experience I’ve ever faced.
If your employees dislike working with customers, they should not be in customer-facing roles. I expect a manager to contact me directly regarding this matter.

I’ve ordered on uber eats from here many times and they often tend to leave out an item in my order. This time I ordered a scone and they gave me the bag labeled scone with no scone in it.

hello, i recently attended this starbucks location on 06/29/25 at 10:15 AM, and we were treated so incredibly poorly. the baristas were not friendly and my overall experience was terrible. the service my family and i experienced goes as follows:
– we walk in to the store and a couple (who were both African American), we’re waiting. they ended up leaving because not a single one of the FOUR workers acknowledged them. we ended up also having to wait for five, and no one said a single word to us until my mom spoke up. the worker who helped us was incredibly rude , rolled her eyes, and acted like she didn’t want to do her job. the worker who helped us’ name was Kam. it is worth mentioning that when multiple other (white) customers walked in, they were helped almost immediately, which has me questioning the integrity of this establishment.
– after being met with total disregard and disrespect, our two drinks started being mad by Kam. Kam proceeds to spill the pink drink that we ordered. instead of MAKING A NEW ONE, she used whatever remnants was in the shaker for the drink. the drink was literally made of mostly ice.
– we also ordered TWO feta wraps. instead of putting both of the feta wraps in the oven, she only put one (because she forgot), causing us to wait even longer.
– lastly, we got two truffle sauces, which she forgot to give us until we asked. and even once we asked for them, she gave us one hot sauce instead two truffle sauces. absolutely ridiculous
i understand that the store may be busy, but there is no need for the rudeness, and TWENTY MINUTE WAIT for two drinks and two pre-made wraps. i will never ever walk in to this starbucks ever again.

This is my favorite Starbucks to visit due to all of the employees.They are so wonderful, welcoming and kind, and my drinks are delicious. Mary, Kendale, Grey, Jackie, Caitlyn (sorry if I misspelled your name or anyone else’s on here!), Will, Bernice, Riot and that isn’t all… the list of really great baristas go on and on at this Starbucks. Thank you for all of the mornings you all helped make better. I rated atmosphere at 4/5 stars because I wish there was a seating area like at other Starbucks, where you can just sit and relax sometimes. Thanks again you guys! 🙂
