My Carmel ribbon crunch sucked. The woman at the register was nice but. The frap was all melted, no crunches (which i was warned about) but then i was super disappointed to see they only put carmel on half the top. not in the cup either. bummer.

I called this morning at 6:50am to make sure coffee traveler pack was ready at 8:30. They reassured me they had no other travel packs so it would be ready. I showed up at 8:55 and the order was not ready. No one had even written down the order.
The person who took my call came out to apologize.
However, that does not fix the problem. I will have to show up without coffee to my meeting.

They are always so rude. Starbucks locations have always been my favorite study spots, but I will not be returning to this location. The staff were talking so loudly that I could hear every word through my noise-canceling headphones—discussing alcohol, “booties,” and more—while the music was blaring.
When I walked to the register to place my order, I overheard an employee say, “I wish people would just stop ordering food; it’s annoying.” After reluctantly ordering, I sat down and soon heard my name called for my drink. When I got up and checked the label, it wasn’t what I ordered. I asked the barista if this was a pumpkin spice latte, and she responded, “Well, that’s obviously not yours then.”
Appalled by the rudeness, I gathered my things and left. As a college student, I already spend a lot of money here, and I would rather not be disrespected on top of that. I truly regret wasting my money at this location today.

I’m a loyal customer, I work in the area and get a drink everyday. I’ve ordered the exact same drink everyday last week, I ordered the same thing today I use my app so I don’t modify it when I order. The drink I received today did not look like the drink I’ve been ordering. I asked if I can have more milk bc it’s not this dark the girl says no but I can add more ice. She’s clearly not listening to me bc when then says it’s bc it’s 3/4 espresso or something like that and I tell her again I’ve been getting the same drink and it’s not this dark again not listening says I can add more ice. I told her it was pointless and walked out. Here are the exact same drinks I order Saturday morning and Sunday morning. I’m guessing they just pick and choose when they want to make drinks correctly.

Ordered through DoorDash, 4 drinks and 2 sandwiches. I never received my sandwiches. When I called the man on the phone was short and lied saying they handed off the sandwiches in a third bag but in the DoorDash picture you clearly only see two bags. Wouldn’t let me talk and didn’t care to fix their mistake. Never ordering from here again
