I am a usual here always order the same drink (can’t drink coffee always grab a refresher) Honestly you never know what you will get.
There is usually a gentleman in the morning who is great, an another lady who is usually there in the mornings who give great customer service.
Now with the rest? Most of the time they make it feel as if they were doing you a favor to give you your items.
Usually rude, with the way you get treated, no customer service skills at all.
Do not go in the afternoon at night, is our thing. ( Why get a PM job if you are not going to offer good service) I do not get it, we have gone in the afternoon 15 mins before closing and stand at the mic and get no help, I get it everyone dislikes the customer who goes in the last mins before closing but store is still open, we have even waited in the window in our vehicle and we just get ignored.
I’ve ordered the dragon fruit and won’t be given the dragon fruit and once I ask for it I get told it is just there for decore and visual of the drink which I think is just funny.
Now this, I never asked for a cup full of ice, I wanted my drink not this, worst part is this is not the first time it has happened and i’ve gone back just to be told I have to pay for another drink when I am given my drink wrong in the first place, if I would of asked for a cup of ice I would of stayed home. Eventually end up driving to the starbucks on 45 in Round Rock for better customer service and actually feel Welcomed, even tho this location is literally 5 mins from my home.

Starbucks is awesome quick service and always on top of their orders. My drinks are made right, the staff is efficient and friendly, and the line moves fast even when it’s busy. I can always count on this location for a smooth experience. Keep up the great work! ☕️

I was having a really bad day and I swung by this Starbucks and they totally lifted me up.
The employees worked together to make me a Cherry Chai Frappuccino when I asked if that was possible, they made it look gorgeous as well as wrote a motivational message.
It was the little piece of light I needed and I’m very grateful for the kind employees!

Starbucks has come way down in the world. This store is much cheaper and crappier than Starbucks locations used to be. It felt like the Walmart of Starbucks. Customer service is generally nonexistent, and the wait felt like forever. The drink was as expected. The price is 2x what it cost 10 years ago.

Came in this weekend. Noticed several employees standing around while I wait to be helped at the register. I’m not sure if this is due to staffing assignments, but it feels wrong to wait for the person handling food saying “be right there” when there are multiple employees nearby who appear unoccupied. I sat down and continued to observe the same pattern,, some workers standing around watching others work, others taking on more work alone.

Sadly, this was one of my first disappointing experiences at a Starbucks. I came in and ordered with an employee who had black pigtails and a number of tattoos & piercings (just as descriptors since I didn’t get her name). She didn’t have the best attitude but I understand customer service is tough at times so I didn’t pay it any mind. I paid and sat down to start doing work on my laptop. It had to have been 10 minutes or so that went by and I’m wondering why my name hasn’t been called, so I go up and ask if the drink on the stand was mine. She said it was (it was a new drink I was trying so I didn’t know what it looked like) and I asked her if they still do the name thing. She looked straight at me and said, “No, I’m sorry we don’t.” Okay, that makes sense why she never asked for my name then.
Fast forward to maybe 30 minutes or so, and I hear three other names being called so I look up and two different employees are calling out customer names. A little frustrated by what I was told earlier, I go up and tell Cara about my experience of being lied to by her employee. She was of course saddened to hear that and apologized, but goodness, lying directly to someone’s face takes bad customer service to a new level.
