I normally feel welcomed in this location so for me to write a review against them hurts. I was wanting to come in and grab a hot tea because I wasn’t feeling great. After waiting 3 minutes someone stopped to take my order. Ok it was busy, I get it. But when I gave my drink order it was followed by a very quick, “is that it”, response. I wanted two other items actually. But to be cut off by an employee because they were busy was rude. Please slow down, talk to your customers and realize sometimes ordering for some people isn’t as easy as it is for others. I had questions, but I decided after that not to ask, and just get things that wouldn’t require talking as much. Then to top it off, I was given the wrong breakfast item. Thanks.

We like this location a lot. Very busy at ten thirty AM, but service was great and prompt. Cars are lined up around the building, we did the sit down inside kale mushroom egg bites are so tasty and lo Cal! This Starbucks is Awesome… Plus we have family that works here, very very hard worker… Much Love!

Went in to get my wife her birthday drink. Staff was rude, made the drink wrong, I ask if I could have the drink they made wrong so
My wife had something to drink while she waited for her drink to be made correctly. I asked them are y’all just going to waste the drink and throw it away? Let me take it so my wife has something while she waited. They said no we would rather waste the drink throw it in the trash rather than to have customer have it while she waited for them to make her drink correctly on HER BIRTHDAY!!!! Terrible staff , terrible customer service and wasteful. I even asked the manager to use her discretion to do the right thing . She also said no we would rather throw the drink away and waste it instead of giving it to a customer on her birthday!!!! Never coming back!!!!

It’s not a good location. Very long wait times and rude staff- including the manager.
Most recently I came for my birthday drink, which they didn’t enter in correctly. They were rude about remaking it and even asked what kind of milk I wanted like I was abusing the situation. Of course I still wanted oatmilk, I’m an honest person and feel bad for asking them to remake it, but it was 1/3 cold foam. They were continuing to be rude about the whole situation and it really was not a good experience.
To top it off the drink wasn’t even mixed properly, the matcha was barely mixed in. They also requested messed up drink back to throw away, which has never happened to me before. I was definitely taken aback. I left feeling really bad about this interaction.

8/19/25 This Starbucks has a relaxing atmosphere, and the seating area is well maintained and clean. My husband and I had two spicy falafel pockets with Americanos, while our daughter enjoyed a blueberry muffin with a pink drink topped with cold foam. It was the perfect stop for a filling breakfast and good coffee. The service was friendly, and everything came out just right — a reliable spot to start the day.

I started coming here after an employee was rude to my 6 year old at the location closer to my house. I usually enjoy my visits here but today I had a lot of homework to do and a woman came up to me and another person at 9 on the dot telling us they were “now closed”. I am wearing a boot on my right foot and can’t drive. A 15 minute warning would have been appreciated since the hours aren’t posted on the door. Now I’m outside in the cold waiting for my husband to pick me up since I can’t drive.
The locations in our area have varied hours. It’s hard to keep track. Yes, I could have looked it up online but I truly thought 9:30 was their closing time today. I checked online after being told to leave and the location down the street is the one that closes later.

I asked for a cup of ice water and was told that I couldn’t receive one unless I made a purchase. I’ve been going to Starbucks for years and Have sat in their place of business to do work and never have. I’ve been told this rule before.
