My wife had something to drink while she waited for her drink to be made correctly. I asked them are y’all just going to waste the drink and throw it away? Let me take it so my wife has something while she waited. They said no we would rather waste the drink throw it in the trash rather than to have customer have it while she waited for them to make her drink correctly on HER BIRTHDAY!!!! Terrible staff , terrible customer service and wasteful. I even asked the manager to use her discretion to do the right thing . She also said no we would rather throw the drink away and waste it instead of giving it to a customer on her birthday!!!! Never coming back!!!!
Most recently I came for my birthday drink, which they didn’t enter in correctly. They were rude about remaking it and even asked what kind of milk I wanted like I was abusing the situation. Of course I still wanted oatmilk, I’m an honest person and feel bad for asking them to remake it, but it was 1/3 cold foam. They were continuing to be rude about the whole situation and it really was not a good experience.
To top it off the drink wasn’t even mixed properly, the matcha was barely mixed in. They also requested messed up drink back to throw away, which has never happened to me before. I was definitely taken aback. I left feeling really bad about this interaction.
SIDE NOTE: the website that they have previously given customers to complain doesn’t work.
The locations in our area have varied hours. It’s hard to keep track. Yes, I could have looked it up online but I truly thought 9:30 was their closing time today. I checked online after being told to leave and the location down the street is the one that closes later.
