Frida, Layla, Brenda, Pete & Joella are such superstars….I’ve always preferred Dutch Bros due to their variety but this location and this location only has made me a Starbucks fan. The drinks are always amazing and I can’t resist the everything bagel.
I highly recommend this location! You won’t regret it! Regardless of the time of day or business volume you’ll be taken care of….and whatever you end up enjoying from their menu it will be outstanding
Also Lani who doesn’t look a day over 18 is slaying along with her team. We love to see leadership in action!

She was so understanding and patient, and she made the entire situation completely stress-free. Lani quickly helped me with getting an refund in order and handled everything in such a professional and kind way. It truly made a difference in my experience. The workers here really were doing a great job with so many people! The girls in the lobby were so attentive with customers and handing out the red cups to each of us who ordered online and I saw the baristas moving quickly and voicing orders they were working on. Honestly it was so great to hear and see them working through the crowd. Great experience all around! The Christmas music playing was also pleasant. I come every now and then to this location. Definitely my favorite!!

I always have a great experience at this Starbucks. The store is clean, the atmosphere is welcoming, and the team consistently goes above and beyond. I especially want to give a shout out to Frida, one of the shift supervisors. She’s incredibly friendly, attentive, and always makes sure customers feel taken care of. Whether it’s the accuracy of the drinks, the speed during busy hours, or just offering a warm smile, she truly elevates the whole experience.

I stopped by this Starbucks for the first time and Andrea helped me out. She was so sweet, patient, and really guided me when I had no idea what to order. I ended up getting the gingerbread chai and it was so good! Andrea honestly made my whole morning. Thank you for being so kind and giving such great customer service. Stopped by the Starbucks in Weslaco, and Andrew was amazing, very attentive and extremely polite. He suggested adding cinnamon to my drink, which made it taste even better, and even brought it to my table. He went out of his way to make me feel awesome. Starbucks is lucky to have employees like him!

I’m honestly really disappointed. I’m a daily Starbucks customer. Stopping here is literally part of my everyday routine, and I’m also a rewards member. Today is my birthday, and I went in excited for my birthday drink like I do every year… only to be told I couldn’t get one.
It may seem small to some, but it really hurt. I’ve spent so much money and time here, and it felt like I wasn’t valued at all. I ended up going to Dutch Bros afterwards, and they gave me a birthday drink right away with no problem — and I only go there once in a while.
Starbucks used to be my favorite, but this honestly changed how I feel about the brand. Loyalty should mean something. Today, it didn’t.
