Today just was a whole different experience with San Benito’s Starbucks location. I’ve had few bad visits, especially with a pregnant worker there, she just has that super nasty negative attitude. I guess it’s because she’s about to pop but still doesn’t justify special privileges just bc you’re pregnant. Anyway, Drive through was closed for whatever reason so everyone has to order by mobile or in person. I decided to go in person and the guy who took my order had a pissy attitude and I just ignored him bc I guess he was just having a bad day, but after observing all the workers in here you can just tell they all had negative attitudes. No one was calling out the names of the customers, so all the customers had to check every order to see if it’s theirs. Their interactions with the customers are very poor and irritating to watch as well. Hopefully they get it together soon bc this location has a few good workers, they shouldn’t have to be punished or fined bc their coworkers. As for those negative co workers rest word of advice, if you hate your job please leave. No one likes to get their coffee served by a negative person.

Went today to get my sugar cookie latte the staff was very friendly and kind I loved the atmosphere! This is my favorite Starbucks because they know me by name and I always feel so welcomed got a cute holiday cup today too!

No remake on order that tasted like it was missing espresso shots. Keep in mind that it was a busy day and mistakes happen. When requested to have a remake I was told I would have to wait for the 44 orders in-front of me. Was given the option to come back the next day for it to be remade as well.

We were visiting from Florida and noticed this location’s grand opening was the day we arrived. The staff was very friendly and the coffee / refresher we ordered were perfect! Plenty of seating even for large groups inside and out at this great location!

I love Starbucks but recently at this location, I’ve been having trouble with my morning coffee. A few days ago I had coffee grounds but it wasn’t much of a big deal. This morning, my coffee looked dirty on the top but I didn’t put too much attention since I was driving and around 9 am, I spit out and wasted half of my coffee due to the fact that it was FULL of coffee grounds. This is completely unacceptable knowing you guys are a million dollar company and open AHEAD OF TIME, to clean and set up. Yet, a machine is dirty even when they serve hundreds of coffee a day. That is disgusting, and that is being called lazy. My coffee was absolutely gross and I was grossed out. Who knows how long that machine has been dirty for.

Manager let his staff cut in front of all the customers who were waiting in line all night and morning. This location does not seem to care for their customers . I would leave zero stars if I could. Employees bought everything from the launch. Bad service, management, and employees working there.

I live in Brownsville, but I prefer this Starbucks location to any of our Brownsville locations. They’re good at giving you what you ordered and we’ll remake your drink if it was not made correctly. The only thing is that the online ordering ahead doesn’t necessarily mean that they actually make your drink ahead of time. There have been many times where they don’t make the drink until I actually arrive there, which defeats the purpose of ordering the drink ahead of time to skip the wait.
