I order from the app so I don’t have to wait in the long line or go inside to place an order. Please tell me why I placed an order for two doppio espressos at 7:20 am and didn’t get them till 7:50 am. I understand it’s very busy but I ordered it thru the app. What’s the point if it’s still going to take that long to get and I still have to fight to get in the parking lot cause it’s always full. When I order at the island and I’m in flour bluff I get my coffee as soon as I get there. Do better Portland. You know you’re going to be busy then have more people working. I avoid this Starbucks as much as I can because of the wait. Also your employees aren’t the nicest. The people who were there before and quite were so nice and kind. These new people always look angry and annoyed.

Barista was wonderful, the cashier did not get my order right and so they had to start all over again. The good part is that it wasn’t very busy. Other than that, everything else was good. I hope they get people who know what they’re doing at the cashier position, she was talking wayyyyy too much to her customer friend in front of me and I believe she was distracted.

Venti oak milk ICED espresso. Passing through and ordered this and had way too much ice for an $8 drink. Don’t have time to go back but wanted to share. Check your drinks.

I came here for a few hours to study while enjoying a venti Pike’s place. The establishment was very clean and really cold inside. There were plenty of places to sit and lounge. The workers were happy and seemed very nice. The two restrooms were unisex, handicap accessible, and equip with changing stations. They were also very clean and well kept.

I ad the adjust my rating after the last few months with their incompetence to do their jobs correctly, Order thru the app get to the store and the items are sold to a customer that had just arrived, to them not using your points after you tell them to use your points and they repeat the statement back about using your points. How hard is it to do your job.
