This location used to be 5 out of 5 stars but the past couple months. Service has been bad. Quality of drinks/food has been garbage. Service at window hasn’t been friendly or mannerly. Every visit the drinks are made wrong and food seems to be out of temperature. Almost as if the whole heating cycle gets cut short. They are a really busy store so I understand the hassle that comes with having a fast paced location but the lack of attention is aggravating. I once had a long hair in my egg bites and today, day dots stuck to the bottom of my sandwich. It’s really a let down when your favorite store starts going downhill.

I am not one to write reviews but come on..If you hate your job, find a new one. For the barista with the lack of common sense and work ethic that made this, simply requesting extra caramel does not mean I want to spend my morning chugging straight up carmel through a straw!

I ordered a latte in for here ware and sat in store for about 3 hours. I was denied a refill of iced coffee because i was told my initial drink needed to be an iced / hot coffee or tea. I frequent Starbucks often, so i know this isn’t true, but the barista thought otherwise. You can purchase any drink for here, and get a refill of hot and iced coffee or tea. It isn’t the end of the world but it is just annoying when people don’t know the rules of the place they work at. I was also ignored for like 1-2 minutes before anyone took my order

The employees acted like I was invisible. It was cold outside and I needed to get some pics of the store to do repair there. Not one of the employees asked what I needed. They were even laughing that I was knocking on the door. These employees do not fit the personality of starbucks atmosphere.

Super nice barista. I ordered vía drive thru and unfortunately my order was incorrect. I wanted an iced coffee w/o classic syrup and a water with no ice. I got both of them without ice, and iced coffee with syrup. I needed to go back for the right drink.
Today I had my dog with me, always nice when I get a pup-puchino… but I had to leave him in the car since pets aren’t allowed inside.

This is the best Starbucks ever. Coffee and food are consistently top notch. Staff is friendly. Atmosphere is nice. Sherri, the store manager, is the best. She is always kind and generous. She genuinely cares about her team and her customers. My family goes to this Starbucks almost daily and we will continue to do so.

there is this heavier set woman with a purple phone in her back pocket that’s employed here. She has such an ugly attitude for no reason making the atmosphere very awkward & uncomfortable. Took her 10 minutes to make a drink after watching me stand there for about 15 she looks at me & asks me, “what do you need?”
