Pricing and standard chain flavoring aside, I return here because of the service! I’ve come when it’s super busy where the line wraps and I can get in and out of the drive thru with ease. I’ve gone inside to grab coffee and it’s clean and the baristas hustle. No matter if slow or busy, the baristas are polite and my orders are always accurate. I highly recommend the app as it streamlines things even quicker, especially if you like customizations.

I’ve visited this Starbucks many times, and unfortunately, my experiences have consistently been negative. The employees often come across as rude, dismissive, and more focused on chatting with each other than helping customers. On several occasions, I’ve been completely ignored and not even acknowledged when waiting to order. I’ve also spoken with other regular visitors who share the same concerns. I truly enjoy Starbucks and usually have great experiences at other locations, but this particular store has been a constant disappointment. I’d rather drive to a San Antonio location where the staff is way more friendly and always makes better.

Very rude staff. Always a very poor experience. When we arrived, my boys took a couple minutes to decide. The barista, “Are y’all going to order something?” Five people behind the counter and they announce that folks in the lobby have to leave due to being short staffed. An older lady came in and she was quickly approached to leave. When we finally received our order, we attempted to leave the front door and it was locked. The same barista said, “please go through side because we won’t be unlocking it.” Someone was trying to go in to get their order sitting on the counter. He was told to go through drive through to get it. Terrible experience.

I ordered Java Chip Frappe and they handed me a milk down Java Chip Frappe and I had asked why it’s lighter color bc it’s usually darker color. The lady was explaining to me what’s in the drink when I know what’s in it and how it looks bc I’ve ordered the same drink everywhere I go. She had asked me if I wanted her to remake it & I said “yes” and it came out darker buuut it’s not as dark as I used to get it. That lady has an attitude bc you can tell that her attitude changed when I told her about what’s wrong with my drink. Yes, I got my drink remade it, but if you say that the first drink was right, why is the 2nd drink not the same? Also this is the first starbucks that I’ve ever encountered that made my drink sooooo different. Everywhere I go, I get the same drink and it comes out the same. She gave me both drinks but if you ask me what I want? I’d say I want what I ordered and make it right. Thank you.

Total let down! Didn’t have what I wanted, went with my second option, “sorry we’re out”. Took the girls recommendation and it took 20 mins for my coffee. My warmed chocolate croissant sat on the counter for 10 minutes. so much for being warm!

The worst experience ever. Two people working on a Saturday morning. One girl moving about as slow as a snail. I was there about five minutes before she asked if I was waiting on something in a rude manner. No one in the drive-through no one standing behind me I was the only one there, and a worker, some guy talking about his private life which I overheard, which was more important than making my drink correct. Called spoke to the manager.. not the brightest either. Didn’t know how to refund my mobile order and then proceeded to yell at me because I corrected her on how to say my name and hung up on me. I will never go back to that Starbucks I’d rather drive all the way to San Antonio. Well, they say to shop local, if only the local spoiled brats would wanna work I’d be fine. I wouldn’t mind shopping local.

Literally the slowest Starbucks I have ever been to. 30 minutes for a single refresher. While 3 employees worked and 3 more stood around. Would have been 1 star but the drink was still good.

Horrible experience. Normally they’re slow but today was the worst. I ordered two drinks & paid on the app at 12:15pm once I arrived they had the whole inside closed off except the drive-through. While we were sitting in the parking lot we see they let a gentleman in to grab his order & go. I then walk up to front door which is locked and some employee skips over to me pointing at a sign saying they’re closed I then told her you just let someone in to get his drinks She then gets some other employee to talk to me I explain that I have an order I just want to grab they already let someone come and get his. She then says that she had to have a talk with the younger employee saying she shouldn’t have done that I then have to go to the drive-through to wait for my drink that had already been ready. As we come up to the speaker we tell them we had a mobile order it had been ready for a while and if they’re soggy please remake them they said that if any drinks are soggy they remake them. Once I left at 12:45pm I noticed that they did not remake my soggy drinks but this location needs help.

Been open for a week. First visit today. Horrible experience. Need to do more training. Waited over five minutes at window for one drink. They seemed to have lost order while other orders were getting made and backed up. No sorry or anything. I was one person with one item. I ordered a tall mocha cookie crumble frapp. By the picture you can tell it was not my drink and supposedly one of many items.
